CAAJ Review AJ Review My experience with AJ was extremely pleasant, timely & efficient. I have been getting les & less info from Ancestry & have only recently heard that it might be the FT Maker 2017 that is out-dated. Since I started a new tree & was researching needed data from England it seemed to slow down access to the program even more. AJ did not have an easy time relating to me because I am not very knowledgeable with the computer language. Nonetheless he was patient enough with me & he managed very well to get his message across. I appreciate that very much as I am in my 80's & pretty darn slow on the uptake. Another aspect with my interaction with him is that he also ensured that we spoke directly with each other when he finished with the installation & transfer of data. I am much relieved & will get started on my project later this evening. You have saved my sanity!!!!

USI called Family Tree Maker tech support… I called Family Tree Maker tech support to get the new update. I haven't used Family Tree Maker in years, and the latest version is very different in every way. Not having time to learn the system yet, I asked the tech support person, Randy, to do the install for me. He was very good natured, patient and helpful. Even with an internet booster, my phone connections are sometimes garbled, as was the case today. Randy perservered with me through several calls until everything was done. He answered any questions I had and also encouraged me to call back anytime for help and information. I would recommend Family Tree Maker especially because of the good experiences I have with their tech support. Good customer service is a rare commodity these days. Kudos to Family Tree Maker, and their tech support representative Randy.
