We were able to get what we needed for our shoot. In today's society, it is very refreshing to know Customer Service still exists.

Motion Media & Me. Working with Motion Media has been the best experience possible for me. I am a sole proprietor and sometimes it's tough to get the software I need quickly. A lot of the developers are overseas and it's nice to have someone I can call on locally. Brad, in particular has handled all my license purchases to date and he's is always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish other companies were this easy to work with!

4 new Eizos - Very Happy Had a chat session with these guys one evening late and they worked with me to get 4 new Eizos - they were very hard to get elsewhere, MM had them shipped direct from Eizo. All arrived well packaged, no problems. All 4 are up and running, very happy with the purchase and efforts from Motion Media. By the way, some reviews say these do not come with cords. These had USB-C, USB and DisplyPort cords all in each box.

Slow but overall satisfied with service. My initial inquiry into Agisoft's PhotoScan software with MotionMedia seemed well attended too. I waited for 5 weeks with no reply and then decided to call back. From that time on, purchase of the product and the service has been prompt and well received. Great service now that we have purchased the product, but I feel like our business didn't mean much until a more serious commitment to purchase was established.

DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio Many have been talking about the long wait for the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio Bundle. I ordered it from Motion Media on Feb 16th, had the activation code in ten minutes, and the Speed Editor arrived yesterday, the 19th. They say they still have them in stock. They even took care of our tax exemption in less than five minutes. Very efficient operation with an excellent website for ordering.
