GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Through the website's Support Chat feature I waited no more than 20 seconds to have both of my issues immediately resolved. Which was perfect because I'm behind a deadline! Motion Media should buy their support agent a cup of coffee for being so awesome!

GBexactly what was promised I recently purchase zbrush 4r7. I am totally satisfied with motion media. they not only delivered on time like they said. Also the price was about $150 cheaper, than amazon or straight from pixologic itself. I will always check with motion media for any new software I will be buying in the future.

GBMM made good! UPDATE: It appears that it was a UPS issue and MM has refunded a portion of the shipping costs... FIVE stars! Previous entry: The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

GBVery professional and friendly Brad who answered their Live Chat was very professional and quick. I placed the order online soon after and next morning I drove 50 miles to their store to pick up the newest 3Dconnexion made product: Keyboard Pro. At the door Tim J. was waiting with the item I ordered, and we stayed in a friendly conversation for a little while. I purchased from them before (3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Enterprise Kit about 2 years ago) when I also had a very good experience. Their warehouse/store is in a beautiful brand-new building conveniently positioned close to LAX. On my way home, I received a text message from Brad asking me if I were able to get my Keyboard okay and he apologized for not being able to be there at the time I came in. Tim emailed me invoice with a note how they appreciate my business.
