USTotally professional...great customer service! In short, I decided in the after hours (after lots of back and forth) to go forward on Smoke 2016 with a reseller rather than from the Autodesk store. My purchase came down to the fact that Motion Media was a gold level reseller, was local, and had an on-line store. Great for late night purchases. I had some questions about my order and was able to speak to a representative the next morning with a simple phone call.

USAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Through the website's Support Chat feature I waited no more than 20 seconds to have both of my issues immediately resolved. Which was perfect because I'm behind a deadline! Motion Media should buy their support agent a cup of coffee for being so awesome!

USexactly what was promised I recently purchase zbrush 4r7. I am totally satisfied with motion media. they not only delivered on time like they said. Also the price was about $150 cheaper, than amazon or straight from pixologic itself. I will always check with motion media for any new software I will be buying in the future.

USMM made good! UPDATE: It appears that it was a UPS issue and MM has refunded a portion of the shipping costs... FIVE stars! Previous entry: The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

USSlow but overall satisfied with service. My initial inquiry into Agisoft's PhotoScan software with MotionMedia seemed well attended too. I waited for 5 weeks with no reply and then decided to call back. From that time on, purchase of the product and the service has been prompt and well received. Great service now that we have purchased the product, but I feel like our business didn't mean much until a more serious commitment to purchase was established.
