Totally professional...great customer service! In short, I decided in the after hours (after lots of back and forth) to go forward on Smoke 2016 with a reseller rather than from the Autodesk store. My purchase came down to the fact that Motion Media was a gold level reseller, was local, and had an on-line store. Great for late night purchases. I had some questions about my order and was able to speak to a representative the next morning with a simple phone call.

exactly what was promised I recently purchase zbrush 4r7. I am totally satisfied with motion media. they not only delivered on time like they said. Also the price was about $150 cheaper, than amazon or straight from pixologic itself. I will always check with motion media for any new software I will be buying in the future.

I was looking to purchase an Areca RAID… I was looking to purchase an Areca RAID enclosure and Motion Media popped up as having great pricing. I'd never heard of them before, but after Google Mapping their location I realized I'd driven past their place before. If they tried to rip me off I could easily do so again. haha But that won't be necessary. Motion Media shipped the Areca unit to me very promptly and I ordered a few hard drives from them as well. Outstanding experience. If I can buy from them again I certainly will. Thank you to Brad and the Motion Media team for getting me going.

Awesome Motion Media The short wait (less than 24 hrs) well worth the money saved. I cringed at the original price on Pixologic long enough, and just before I bit the bullet- I happened to navigate my way here.
