GBWide Angle Software I was very disappointed with this Company. I accidentally paid them twice for a piece of software. This was notified to them immediately but despite 3 reminders there has been no reply and my latest email to them seems to have been blocked. Update 22 July: after leaving my Trustpilot review Wide Angle Software got in touch straight away and provided the refund I had requested. Rating updated from 1 star to 4. The Touch Copy software I downloaded worked perfectly and I managed to retrieve a lot of iPod songs that I thought I had lost forever and copy them to ITunes.

CAI tried to install TouchCopy but… I tried to install TouchCopy but because of a problem on my computer or itunes the program did not fit. I talked to the program seller and they tried to help but I honestly couldn’t. So, I asked for a refund. Guess what, they issued me a full refund. I wrote this comment to say thank you and to say that dealing with honest respectful person is rare nowadays and these people were so professional and honest.

GBAll the stars!!! I can’t believe it!! It worked!! I thought my data was lost forever. Not even Apple themselves could help me. I thought based on the ease of finding and downloading the demo and efficiency of the demo program coupled with the super easy purchasing process and extraordinarily reasonable price that this was sure to be a scam. But I was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic product!! As a middle aged stay at home mom with absolutely zero tech skills I thought I was doomed to lose my data or pay exorbitant prices to a recovery company. This was so easy to access and use and worked like a charm! And despite my being admittedly annoy with a million questions, customer service staff was so helpful, patient, and kind. They even upgraded my product!! I would definitely highly recommend this product and company!

GBRecovering Lost Software I purchased touchcopy in 2018 to backup my ageing iPod Classic. It worked a dream. So when my PC died yesterday, i was devastated. I could not even remember the name of the software. Furthermore, I had not made a record of the license code. I ferreted around in youtube and I came across touchcopy and the name rang a bell. I went onto their website to purchase another copy, to discover that I could do a search for a lost activation code, which I did, and today I have reistalled the software. Truly stunning.
