Software did not work Software did not work. It continually would not recognize the device when trying to restore my iTunes library from my iPod. When trying to contact Wide Angle, all links lead back to the support page, which was no help. I’ll rebuild my library from scratch again and I am requesting a refund of this purchase. Touch Copy I bought Touch Copy software to transfer my own music into i tunes as I lost it all when I stopped paying Apple for i match every year. Touch Copy was so simple to use and worked first time of use. I have to also mention I was impressed at the speed it did it. It also allowed me to back up my music to a folder as well. Thank you well done.

THE Best Product in this category. Droid Transfer is the best product I have found and used to date for managing Android to / from Computer operations / backups. I've researched many similar products for years. Most are too expensive, too busy, or too buggy. The interface is excellent. Totally worth the cost. I'll be looking at their other apps as well.

Recovering Lost Software I purchased touchcopy in 2018 to backup my ageing iPod Classic. It worked a dream. So when my PC died yesterday, i was devastated. I could not even remember the name of the software. Furthermore, I had not made a record of the license code. I ferreted around in youtube and I came across touchcopy and the name rang a bell. I went onto their website to purchase another copy, to discover that I could do a search for a lost activation code, which I did, and today I have reistalled the software. Truly stunning.
