All the stars!!! I can’t believe it!! It worked!! I thought my data was lost forever. Not even Apple themselves could help me. I thought based on the ease of finding and downloading the demo and efficiency of the demo program coupled with the super easy purchasing process and extraordinarily reasonable price that this was sure to be a scam. But I was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic product!! As a middle aged stay at home mom with absolutely zero tech skills I thought I was doomed to lose my data or pay exorbitant prices to a recovery company. This was so easy to access and use and worked like a charm! And despite my being admittedly annoy with a million questions, customer service staff was so helpful, patient, and kind. They even upgraded my product!! I would definitely highly recommend this product and company!

I recently purchased Tune Sweeper to… I recently purchased Tune Sweeper to get rid of over 50,000 duplicates in Itunes. The software ran like a dream and when the help desk suggested I sign out of Itunes to clean the data more thoroughly it scooted threw them all. Highly recommended.

Above my expectations when I sorted out my devices George responded to my request for assistance with Droid Transfer promptly. He provided me with links to "How to fix" my issue. My Droid Transfer was not transferring between my Android and my PC simply because they had different IP Addresses I went into my settings on my PC and clicked Network Profile Type from PUBLIC to PRIVATE On my PC Go to Settings Go to Network & Internet Go to WiFi Go to Properties Go to Network Profile Types Click PRIVATE NETWORK Now it works absolutely wonderfully and it is an awesome app because now I can clear all my messages and still have evidence of the conversation should I need it Thank you developers of Droid Transfer - well worth the purchase

Six stars for customer support Six stars for customer support. Not only did I receive a fast response but my issue was resolved with one email. Wide Angle Software customer service is the template other (95%) business's need to learn.

Touchcopy16 worked perfectly for me… Touchcopy16 worked perfectly for me (when iMyFone TunesMate did not...do not go anywhere near iMyFone) and I needed an urgent solution. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for WideAngle is because having purchased a licence, when I deleted a previous trial version from another laptop, I was offered the product at another price. Always annoying and IMHO just devalues the product. That said, compared to some products of this type, the lifetime licence appears to be good value. Just watch the addition of VAT at the checkout.
