Wide Angle Software I was very disappointed with this Company. I accidentally paid them twice for a piece of software. This was notified to them immediately but despite 3 reminders there has been no reply and my latest email to them seems to have been blocked. Update 22 July: after leaving my Trustpilot review Wide Angle Software got in touch straight away and provided the refund I had requested. Rating updated from 1 star to 4. The Touch Copy software I downloaded worked perfectly and I managed to retrieve a lot of iPod songs that I thought I had lost forever and copy them to ITunes.

Touch Copy I bought Touch Copy software to transfer my own music into i tunes as I lost it all when I stopped paying Apple for i match every year. Touch Copy was so simple to use and worked first time of use. I have to also mention I was impressed at the speed it did it. It also allowed me to back up my music to a folder as well. Thank you well done.

I purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our… I purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our iPod's music library onto a new computer. When I had questions, they were answered within a day. Some time later, I forgot that I'd already purchased a lifetime subscription and purchased it again. When I asked Wide Angle if there was anything that could be done about this, a refund was initiated that day. This is a great product from a trustworthy, honest company.

Great Tech Support. The Best! Wide Angle Software leads the pack when it comes to tech support. When my program and app stopped working they helped me identify the cause: My phone. Turns out that my phone had major issues and needed to be replaced...I never would have known otherwise. If you're considering one of their products I have three words of advice: Buy It Now!

Good but not perfect Worked pretty well on some of my devices, but would not connect to an old iPod so I was not able to recover those songs. Also, it would be much better if it had duplication detection so it did not suck in copies of existing songs that then need to be cleaned up. That said, it did allow me to save a bunch of music from an older iPad that I would have otherwise lost.
