It's middle of the night and I just completed a call to US Mobile's Customer Service team where I spoke with a very upbeat, informative team member who offered more advice than what I had thought to ask as I consider their service. Stay tuned. In the coming months, US Mobile will be adding even more value for its customers. Although I am not quite ready to switch at the moment, I do expect to eventually become a customer based on my research and the info provided by the rep.

We love US Mobile My wife and I have used US Mobile for a few years, after trying both name-brand wireless carriers and other MVNOs. US Mobile has provided by far the best combination of pricing, value, and customer service. We don't use much data since we are both retired, so we are currently on a shared 2GB data plan that costs a mere $18 a month (for both of us, including all taxes and fees). However, even if you (think) you need unlimited data, their plans are very reasonable. We also love their international roaming plans, which allow you to use your phone while traveling abroad for as little as $10/month (varies by country). Their website is very easy to navigate, so we don't often need customer service, but when we have, the agents have been uniformly polite, helpful, and patient. We love US Mobile, and recommend them without hesitation.

After hours of frustrating encounters with US Mobile agents attempting to provide resolutions to what seemed to be intractable problems with getting my International roaming up and running in Europe, I encountered a brilliant angel, Ahmed Mustafa. It was not easy to get to speak with a "supervisor," but it was almost wait the previous endless hours of frustration. He made every effort to help me resolve my problems and to enable my International Roaming so that I am now able to make and receive phone calls, send and receive texts and have data while in France. I will add that several agents told me that my problem was due the the failure of agent to instal the international roaming feature in the U.S. before I departed and that the failure to do this is the cause of the problem. Nevertheless, were every US Mobile agent like Ahmed, there would be no problems! People would be scrambling to sign up for a USMobile plan. Thank you Ahmed. Were it not for you, I would be cancelling my USMobile plan as soon as I returned to the U.S.
