GBUS Mobile is the best! I've been with US Mobile for a couple of years now and I find them to be by far the best MVNO cellular operator in the United States. Their customer support is second to none. I just finished a support call with an agent named Muhammad Farman. This man's level of kindness, concern, and knowledge was off the charts excellent! US Mobile should feel lucky to have customer support agents like him. All of my previous interactions with US Mobile have been A+ but I would have to give this last one with Muhammad an A++. He made the normal tedious problem of switching to a new phone simple and he got it accomplished within minutes. Great job, highly recommended!

GBI encountered numerous problems with US… I encountered numerous problems with US Mobile in relation to making international calls. I lodged a complaint and it was escalated to the high-end team. Mr. Haroon Ali did an exceptional job in resolving my issues and providing detailed explanations. When it comes to customer service, they surpass other major companies. Their service within the USA is excellent. However, I am unable to provide feedback on international roaming at this moment as I have not tested it.

GBAdeen was incredibly patient with… Adeen was incredibly patient with someone who is not very computer literate. He helped me with activating a second phone to use while traveling and provided me with international services for it through US Mobil's GSM5T European partner. Thank you Adeen!

GBTruthful pricing, good value and it works Truthful pricing, good value and it works ! The reviews are deserved. They use Verizon on the backend, It's about $8 a month for a light use service, but works great, and internationally a breeze that also "just works". Human phone service is pretty good on the one time I needed it, none of the 60 minute on hold BS that is so common. The SIM's arrived quickly, and the e-sim is amazing, insta service, no SIM needed, and roaming works flawlessly internationally at a fair price. 18 months so far and notable that I don't have to call them up because it "just works". Thanks guys ! You would be even more awesome with excel inbound and outbound call records/ SMS extraction (people would be happy to pay for this) and upload voice mail audio files for business users, but that's cream on the cake. Polar opposite to AT & T and T-Mobile and their world record beating BAD customer service and 60 minute on hold times to scripted humanoids in Bangladesh, Philippines etc that are clueless and have no authority or ability to do anything except transfer calls to somebody equally as useless.

GBUSMobile customer service is awesome I JUST finished switching over to USMobile (from a company whose name is associated with fresh breath.) From the moment I called the CSR of the previous provider to get my account number and PIN number for transfer, to having the new USMobile service up and activated, was around 15 minutes (that included setting up the APN on my iPhone as per their very clear online instructions). Prior to making the switch I had a few email exchanges with USMobile's reps to find the best plan for my needs and to answer a few questions. They were VERY prompt with their responses - usually within 20 or so minutes, and very knowledgable about their service. So, as far as their customer service goes, USMobile is awesome. I'll have an opinion on their actual phone service for a few months, but so far everything checks out.
