GBWe love US Mobile My wife and I have used US Mobile for a few years, after trying both name-brand wireless carriers and other MVNOs. US Mobile has provided by far the best combination of pricing, value, and customer service. We don't use much data since we are both retired, so we are currently on a shared 2GB data plan that costs a mere $18 a month (for both of us, including all taxes and fees). However, even if you (think) you need unlimited data, their plans are very reasonable. We also love their international roaming plans, which allow you to use your phone while traveling abroad for as little as $10/month (varies by country). Their website is very easy to navigate, so we don't often need customer service, but when we have, the agents have been uniformly polite, helpful, and patient. We love US Mobile, and recommend them without hesitation.

GBUS Mobile is the best! I've been with US Mobile for a couple of years now and I find them to be by far the best MVNO cellular operator in the United States. Their customer support is second to none. I just finished a support call with an agent named Muhammad Farman. This man's level of kindness, concern, and knowledge was off the charts excellent! US Mobile should feel lucky to have customer support agents like him. All of my previous interactions with US Mobile have been A+ but I would have to give this last one with Muhammad an A++. He made the normal tedious problem of switching to a new phone simple and he got it accomplished within minutes. Great job, highly recommended!

GB“What an Amazing Experience” Just had a quick inquiry about my mobile bill for this month, Had the pleasure of speaking with a Muhammad Farman and this representative was AMAZING..Before US mobile I was with AT&T for 5+ years and I have to tell you Muhammad was the best representative by far he definitely went above and beyond to provide me with the necessary information I needed..We also had a small chat on the side which really meant a lot..US mobile if you ask me MUHAMMAD FARMAN most definitely deserves a raise..it was a pleasure speaking with Muhammad..5 stars ⭐️
