GBThe worst service ever. Horrible throttling. And also, 99.99% of these reviews are fake. I never write reviews but this is an exception. This is the worst celluar service possible. Please avoid. I'm on the prepaid plan, where I pay $2 for every GB of data that I use, and jesus christ, the throttling I experience is horrible. I'll have 4gb left, and one day my speeds will be at 20 mbs, then for the remainder of my plan, until I add some more GB's to my plan, will be at the classic verizon throttle of 1.0 mbs a second. Literally exactly 1.0 mbs running a speed test. Now I get throttling on an unlimited plan... that makes sense, but throttling on a prepaid plan where the customer is paying $2 per GB is just down right horrendous behavior. Chatting to a customer service agent they managed to fix it for a day, then right back to throttling. Now they just tell me to turn airplane mode off and on etc. My device isn't the issue, it's US mobile being cheap as hell. And all these reviews are fake btw, any review thats, I CALLED AND THIS PERSON HELPED ME AND WAS SO HELPFUL on trustpilot == Fake Review. 0/10

GBWe love US Mobile My wife and I have used US Mobile for a few years, after trying both name-brand wireless carriers and other MVNOs. US Mobile has provided by far the best combination of pricing, value, and customer service. We don't use much data since we are both retired, so we are currently on a shared 2GB data plan that costs a mere $18 a month (for both of us, including all taxes and fees). However, even if you (think) you need unlimited data, their plans are very reasonable. We also love their international roaming plans, which allow you to use your phone while traveling abroad for as little as $10/month (varies by country). Their website is very easy to navigate, so we don't often need customer service, but when we have, the agents have been uniformly polite, helpful, and patient. We love US Mobile, and recommend them without hesitation.

GBUSMobile customer service is awesome I JUST finished switching over to USMobile (from a company whose name is associated with fresh breath.) From the moment I called the CSR of the previous provider to get my account number and PIN number for transfer, to having the new USMobile service up and activated, was around 15 minutes (that included setting up the APN on my iPhone as per their very clear online instructions). Prior to making the switch I had a few email exchanges with USMobile's reps to find the best plan for my needs and to answer a few questions. They were VERY prompt with their responses - usually within 20 or so minutes, and very knowledgable about their service. So, as far as their customer service goes, USMobile is awesome. I'll have an opinion on their actual phone service for a few months, but so far everything checks out.

GBGreat Customer Service w-a LIVE Agent! It's middle of the night and I just completed a call to US Mobile's Customer Service team where I spoke with a very upbeat, informative team member who offered more advice than what I had thought to ask as I consider their service. Stay tuned. In the coming months, US Mobile will be adding even more value for its customers. Although I am not quite ready to switch at the moment, I do expect to eventually become a customer based on my research and the info provided by the rep.

GBTrue cost of service is your mental health Wasnt sure what to expect except the basics. Initially trying to activate my line on esim was a headache and didn't work.. only to find out my unlocked galaxy s21 phone did not work on their Verizon(warp)network. (Later told recurring issue(on samsung)) After trying several times, contacting support: I was repeated the same steps which didn't work. (I read elsewear and experienced) everytime you email its a new person who has no clue and doesnt know how to fix it. If you have issues (you will) imagine self check-out w 3+ clueless employees until 1hr later a leader arrives who fixes it fast. Eventually told I had to sign up for the app, 2fa and automatically autopay in order to get the service I had already paid for. I was told I had been emailed a 6 digit code for 2fa (and didnt) Eventually after being transfered from person to person a group lead took over and somewhat rectified the situation. Giving me a temporary GSM line, and said he refunded the physical sim card purchase given esim didn't work. he did refund $10 (email verification of refund) for the new temporary line I didn't know I was signing up for. 10 days later I am trying to activate physical sim card on verizon my original and only desire and really just want a refund to go anywhere else. I did previously mention/ask for refund(for 1yr prepaid line never activated) twice and recieved no acknowledgement before the second line ordeal. All other agents seem to deny refunds, deny its issues on their end, and require lots of unacceptable hoops. After several more emails including one stating a phone call was required to verify my identity "again" I sent 1 last email requesting/demanding either 1)service or 2) refund or 3) Ashhad. Ashhad got me up and running in no time. He is light years ahead of their broken system, without him it'd be 1 star, but low review is not him it's all the other terrible aspects. My service is now activated on usmobile via verizon(warp); it's awesome! Final notes updated TLDR read it all. CONS: Trouble activating, requires app, requires 2fa, requires autopay(even when you prepaid 1year) requires calling/days waiting none of which mentioned pre-purchase. App doesn't record data accurately; you pick number then they assign random in different area code, probably have to sue if you actually wanted a refund(not joking). PROS: phone service seems awesome; Ashhad; cheap af. Overall, I'd choose elsewhere but I prepaid 1 year; requiring autopay/2fa after the purchase w.o warning isn't OK. I believe some reviews are questionably made. Will update on service after 3-9 months, be forewarned. Sure it works great for 2/3 people. You don't want to be in the 1/3.
