Cintiq arrived in great condition! Very simple interface and fast checkout (aside from having to make the perfunctory account). Did not get email notification for tracking but most people check their order status email so it was not an issue. Packaging material was filled with both paper and air bags to ensure minimal movement. Would definitely use them in the future again!
