GBUsed Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 that was flawless! Purchased a used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 and it’s absolutely beautiful! I had been searching the internet for months looking for one and found Mac Hollywood with an excellent price. The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on. It was shipped nice and safe to me within a week of ordering. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

GBFIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. The staff at Machollywood is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their technical guy for the Wacom Cintiq Pro was very patient and helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions without like feeing I was rushed out the door. I ultimately decided to purchase from them because of their hospitality.

GB2 stars Luckily my package did get dropped off and for that, I am really happy for. What I am not happy is the box somewhat being a bit ripped. This cost me 99 dollars and I at least expected something so simple to not have any damage or what so ever. Another thing I would like to mention is that the tracking app they usually have you download does not work all that well and has a hard time finding my package let alone loading it. I also did not receive any messages from my phone when the package was being shipped and when it arrived.

GBCintiq arrived in great condition! Very simple interface and fast checkout (aside from having to make the perfunctory account). Did not get email notification for tracking but most people check their order status email so it was not an issue. Packaging material was filled with both paper and air bags to ensure minimal movement. Would definitely use them in the future again!
