Then after a delivery mishap, they called to explain what happened and worked to make it correct. They also make a phone call to explain in person instead of sending an email, which made it easier to get the questions answered.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. The staff at Machollywood is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their technical guy for the Wacom Cintiq Pro was very patient and helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions without like feeing I was rushed out the door. I ultimately decided to purchase from them because of their hospitality.

Did the thing. You guys did great. Appreciate the honest appraisals of when items would become available if they were not immediately in stock. Don't need hopeful answers, just honest timelines, which you delivered. Also appreciate the social distancing and mask rules.
