you guys at MacHollywood did great you guys at MacHollywood did great! You had the Wacom pen I wanted and as you fixed my Mac computer years ago when I lived in LA, I trusted you as a vendor. This was important because Amazon vendors were offering the same product at double and triple your price. I had no prior relationship with them and didn't even know if I would get an authentic Wacom product. You even upgraded my shipping carrier...Thank you!!! BTW the pen is just what I needed to use brushes in Photoshop...works great!

Buy the alternative stand! I ordered the alternative stand for the Cintiq Pro 24, and although it literally just got to my house and I put it together, I can already tell this is amazing. I initially bought an AmazonBasics ergo arm before I found this product, which was a lot cheaper than the original Wacom stands, but still really frustrating and complicated due to its setup, how it adjusts and how it jiggles when I put weight on it! Luckily, I found this stand through a Google advertisement. I took a chance on it and WOW, this is just great. It's so easy to set up it didn't even require an instruction manual (which some people may like one to accompany their stands, but I found it super easy even without one). On top of that, it's easy to adjust and DOESN'T BUDGE WITH WEIGHT!! Why couldn't Wacom do this themselves??!! I'm definitely gonna suggest this stand to all of my other artist friends!

Mac Hollywood was a pleasure to deal… Mac Hollywood was a pleasure to deal with when I ordered my Cintiq Pro Stand. Despite the fact that's it a significant investment, I really love the ergonomics of this stand, as it is able to be positioned below the level of my desk. Currently I have the Cintiq placed at a low, flat angle and my iMac is just behind it, higher up at my eye level. With the toggle feature I can use the Cintiq to paint on while looking at a duplicate image on the iMac which updates in real time, so in effect I can paint on either monitor which really helps to relieve back and neck strain. I'm explaining my setup because many people are hesitant about getting this stand, but I have no regrets with this purchase.
