Used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 that was flawless! Purchased a used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 and it’s absolutely beautiful! I had been searching the internet for months looking for one and found Mac Hollywood with an excellent price. The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on. It was shipped nice and safe to me within a week of ordering. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

Helpful, Clear and Quick! I found MacHollywood while I was searching for a hard to find Thunderbolt array and Patrick was great to work with. He was able to reach out directly to the manufacturer and get us what we were looking for. Shipping was quick and the communication was clear and helpful. I am happy to have found them and they will be at the top of my list when searching for another product to help with our post-production facility needs in Royal Oak, MI.

Did the thing. You guys did great. Appreciate the honest appraisals of when items would become available if they were not immediately in stock. Don't need hopeful answers, just honest timelines, which you delivered. Also appreciate the social distancing and mask rules.

Sales rep not friendly. Put on email list without request Sales rep on phone was less than pleasant to get into from. I did not appreciate being put on their solicitation email list without requesting it. Makes you regret a purchase. Otherwise all was fine
