GBReason for monthly clean-up I KNOW I should have computer checked regularly but hadn't done so in over a year. Today I had an immediate problem with Skype -- couldn't access mic. Ken worked on Skype first and then proceeded to general clean-up. Thanks for your service.

GBDid a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.

HKMyphone suppoort is a very good… Myphone suppoort is a very good computer repairt shop while at the same time it is a computer store. This means that in case there are some hardware components that have to be replaced during the repair then they can esily be acquired from the store.

GBTech support was handled by Vince Tech support was handled by Vince. Excellent support and system check. In addition he was able to answer additional questions I had. Only problem I encountered was have to wait 25+ minutes before I was connected to Vince

GBMy Faster PC icon disappeared from desk… My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk top screen. Called Support, a tech remotely reloaded the program, and created the desktop icon for me.
