The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

GBDid a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.
