We have used myphonesupport.com for at least 10 years. We have used myphonesupport.com for many years (probably at least 10). they have been great. always responsive and fixed any problems we were having with our computers. All the technicians have been excellent.

I found my support experience… I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

Tech support was handled by Vince Tech support was handled by Vince. Excellent support and system check. In addition he was able to answer additional questions I had. Only problem I encountered was have to wait 25+ minutes before I was connected to Vince

Thanks Again… As always My Phone Support has come to my rescue. After consulting them again, they have left me with a computer which is running so much better than when i called them that I can hardly believe it. Their technicians are patient and knowledgeable. the never rush me nor show any impatience with my lack of computer sophistication. They are a godsend for me.and have been for over eight years.
