Qualified people who help you until the job is done. Fortune, like his co-workers, was very polite, patient and answered any questions I had, including some that were not directly related to the main issue that we were dealing with. Thank you.

Tech support was handled by Vince Tech support was handled by Vince. Excellent support and system check. In addition he was able to answer additional questions I had. Only problem I encountered was have to wait 25+ minutes before I was connected to Vince

My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk… My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk top screen. Called Support, a tech remotely reloaded the program, and created the desktop icon for me. Problem solved.
