Did a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.

I found my support experience… I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

After consulting them again, they have left me with a computer which is running so much better than when i called them that I can hardly believe it. Their technicians are patient and knowledgeable. the never rush me nor show any impatience with my lack of computer sophistication. They are a godsend for me.and have been for over eight years.

I called because I was having slow… I called because I was having slow response time from several web sites. Your technician did an excellent job walking me through the process he would use to improve the response time. He cleaned the PC, changed several settings and this improved my PC function.
