GBMy Faster PC icon disappeared from desk… My Faster PC icon disappeared from desk top screen. Called Support, a tech remotely reloaded the program, and created the desktop icon for me. GBSam was a great representative of MPS Sam was a great representative of MPS. I had to leave my home and laptop due to a fire alarm yet Sam called me several times when it was my turn for an appointment to ask if I wanted to continue for a tune up. (He did the right thing. He didn't ignore my place in line.) Then when I was offline due to a internet issue during the tune up, he waited patiently during 30 minutes until I got back online. His dedication and patience and MPS' good standard of employees are highly commendable.

HKMyphone suppoort is a very good… Myphone suppoort is a very good computer repairt shop while at the same time it is a computer store. This means that in case there are some hardware components that have to be replaced during the repair then they can esily be acquired from the store.
