USSam was a great representative of MPS Sam was a great representative of MPS. I had to leave my home and laptop due to a fire alarm yet Sam called me several times when it was my turn for an appointment to ask if I wanted to continue for a tune up. (He did the right thing. He didn't ignore my place in line.) Then when I was offline due to a internet issue during the tune up, he waited patiently during 30 minutes until I got back online. His dedication and patience and MPS' good standard of employees are highly commendable.

USDid a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.
