Boxaid is a life saver Boxaid is a life saver! Seemingly simple problems can bring productivity to a hault. I've spent days trying to resolve an issue. Google chat was no help because it doesn't exist anymore! Their "help center" took me in circles and to articles that didn't address my exact issue. George at Boxaid resolved it in seconds and then waited for me to check a bunch of other things to make sure I had no other questions. Simply amazing is all I can say!

Awesome experience! My new go-to for support. Glad i went ahead and gave Boxaid a shot...extremely impressed with the service all around! Phil was an extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable tech and was great to work with. Simply outstanding service. Simply outstanding service. A seemingly unrelated confluence of fail points in my tech infrastructure had created an almost perfect storm of malfunction across every device in my home--leaving me at a virtual standstill productivity-wise. After completing his diagnostic work, George returned with a very logical and easily understandable explanation of how these seemingly disparate break points were, in fact, related, and how in concert they had brought down my system. George's thoughtful approach to problem solving makes him true a standout from so many of the other IT support professionals I've had the misfortune of having had to rely upon in the past--staffers who simply were just not vested in what they were doing or, more, likely, flat-out incompetent. My heartfelt appreciation again, George, for pulling me out of what had become, to me, an absolutely nightmarish IT predicament!

They have this woman working (TODAY)… They have this woman working (TODAY) there that is SOOOOO rude and unprofessional AVOID like the PLAGUE. She is demeaning, condescending. I asked repeatedly for help clearing up space on my HD and was willing to pay but she did all she could to get me off the phone. (To a hiring paying client I am guessing) When I called back after she hung up on me I got her AGAIN (Seems she was the only one answering calls) I asked for a manager to call me, No call!! When I called back to find out why she blocked my NUMBER!!!! AVOID< AVOID< AVOID home-based service agents just looking for top dollar calls like old school cab drivers.

Patience is the Keyword A++ Dealing with Boxaid, was truly a painless experience. My tech was patient, insightful, and patient (did I mention Patient???) Both Kristine(a) and George were helpful and thorough. I would recommend them on their attitude and work ethic alone, but they have the skillset to get the job done.
