USBoxaid is a life saver Boxaid is a life saver! Seemingly simple problems can bring productivity to a hault. I've spent days trying to resolve an issue. Google chat was no help because it doesn't exist anymore! Their "help center" took me in circles and to articles that didn't address my exact issue. George at Boxaid resolved it in seconds and then waited for me to check a bunch of other things to make sure I had no other questions. Simply amazing is all I can say!

USThey have this woman working (TODAY)… They have this woman working (TODAY) there that is SOOOOO rude and unprofessional AVOID like the PLAGUE. She is demeaning, condescending. I asked repeatedly for help clearing up space on my HD and was willing to pay but she did all she could to get me off the phone. (To a hiring paying client I am guessing) When I called back after she hung up on me I got her AGAIN (Seems she was the only one answering calls) I asked for a manager to call me, No call!! When I called back to find out why she blocked my NUMBER!!!! AVOID< AVOID< AVOID home-based service agents just looking for top dollar calls like old school cab drivers.

USI usually love Boxaid but not so much anymore . . . I usually love Boxaid, but the last gal was so unwilling to try to help and went out of her way to try to push me off to someone else. I had actually followed the instructions from a previous helper and called back to continue, but the new girl was supper uninterested. I'll try a different company. Dissapointed . . .
