I usually love Boxaid but not so much anymore . . . I usually love Boxaid, but the last gal was so unwilling to try to help and went out of her way to try to push me off to someone else. I had actually followed the instructions from a previous helper and called back to continue, but the new girl was supper uninterested. I'll try a different company. Dissapointed . . .

Incredibly happy I found Boxaid, especially John! For the last day I tried to fix a major computer problem. Was terrified that I was going to lose critical data (and yes it was backed up, but "corrupted"). While John fixed that problem, he also optimized my computer. An hour later, my problem resolved and computer healthier, I celebrated. So happy I found Boxaid. I highly recommend them. And thank you to John!

They have this woman working (TODAY)… They have this woman working (TODAY) there that is SOOOOO rude and unprofessional AVOID like the PLAGUE. She is demeaning, condescending. I asked repeatedly for help clearing up space on my HD and was willing to pay but she did all she could to get me off the phone. (To a hiring paying client I am guessing) When I called back after she hung up on me I got her AGAIN (Seems she was the only one answering calls) I asked for a manager to call me, No call!! When I called back to find out why she blocked my NUMBER!!!! AVOID< AVOID< AVOID home-based service agents just looking for top dollar calls like old school cab drivers.

Stop wasting time and call these… Stop wasting time and call these folks!!!!! They can solve in minutes what it takes most of us to address in hours - if we can address the problems at all! Very helpful and very friendly.

I was having issues saving my pictures… I was having issues saving my pictures and videos to my external hard drive. I contacted Box Aid for the quick help and the person that I was talking to really helped me out. I was then able to save my pictures and videos onto external hard drive. Thank you so much!
