Boxaid is a life saver Boxaid is a life saver! Seemingly simple problems can bring productivity to a hault. I've spent days trying to resolve an issue. Google chat was no help because it doesn't exist anymore! Their "help center" took me in circles and to articles that didn't address my exact issue. George at Boxaid resolved it in seconds and then waited for me to check a bunch of other things to make sure I had no other questions. Simply amazing is all I can say!

Just contacted Boxaid as I was very impressed ! Just contacted Boxaid as I was wondering if I had a bug in my computer preventing me from accessing an app I need for my work from home job. The tech support guy I talked to was generous with his time and fully informative as to what the problem might be. Not my computer apparently which was a relief ! He didn't charge me or ask for money. He recommended the next steps I should take which I am following up on. I would use this company again in a heartbeat if I needed further tech support !!

John was exceptional! John was exceptional! He knew EXACTLY how to fix my problem, and made suggestions to improve the speed which helped tremendously. I LOVED that he would log in remotely and I didn't have to drive somewhere to drop off my computer, and leave it there for who knows how long, and then drive back to pick it up, hoping they got all the issues resolved. The fact that we could talk at the same time that he was working on my computer, and I could show him what my issues were was invaluable. I will NEVER use anyone else, or any other company again to repair any of my computers. They go above and beyond! Wish I could leave 10 stars instead of 5!

Incredibly happy I found Boxaid, especially John! For the last day I tried to fix a major computer problem. Was terrified that I was going to lose critical data (and yes it was backed up, but "corrupted"). While John fixed that problem, he also optimized my computer. An hour later, my problem resolved and computer healthier, I celebrated. So happy I found Boxaid. I highly recommend them. And thank you to John!
