GBI had an issue with microsoft word that… I had an issue with microsoft word that I spent 2 days trying to fix. In the past, I was somehow able to do fix this the few times it reared its ugly head. This time, however, I was stuck so I tried Boxaid for the first time and Kristina worked for over 2 hours trying to find a solution. In the end she said that I had to do a Windows 8 reinstall. This did not cost many anything since she could not fix it. I am delighted with the service and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend Kristina and Boxaid.

GBSimply outstanding service. Simply outstanding service. A seemingly unrelated confluence of fail points in my tech infrastructure had created an almost perfect storm of malfunction across every device in my home--leaving me at a virtual standstill productivity-wise. After completing his diagnostic work, George returned with a very logical and easily understandable explanation of how these seemingly disparate break points were, in fact, related, and how in concert they had brought down my system. George's thoughtful approach to problem solving makes him true a standout from so many of the other IT support professionals I've had the misfortune of having had to rely upon in the past--staffers who simply were just not vested in what they were doing or, more, likely, flat-out incompetent. My heartfelt appreciation again, George, for pulling me out of what had become, to me, an absolutely nightmarish IT predicament!

GBI usually love Boxaid but not so much anymore . . . I usually love Boxaid, but the last gal was so unwilling to try to help and went out of her way to try to push me off to someone else. I had actually followed the instructions from a previous helper and called back to continue, but the new girl was supper uninterested. I'll try a different company. Dissapointed . . .

GBTrustworthy, exceptional service! This is the third time I have used Boxaid. US based, exceptional service, trustworthy! Had a problem with antivirus program. Somehow ended up with a 'third party' who started accessing my computer. I terminated and contacted Boxaid to check and resolve any issues from the scammer. In less than 30 min, Kristina checked and resolved issues. Very comforting to know a trustworthy, knowledgeable computer support organization. Highly recommend!!

CAI was having issues saving my pictures… I was having issues saving my pictures and videos to my external hard drive. I contacted Box Aid for the quick help and the person that I was talking to really helped me out. I was then able to save my pictures and videos onto external hard drive. Thank you so much!
