Lack of response almost a year`s wait! We had been in contact about getting licensing and protections set-up on our school`s devices for months. The process was started in March/April of 2018; we were not fully set-up with licensing and protections until February/March of 2019! Why! Because we were not informed 2x that our sales rep had changed! All the dealings I had with our 2nd sales rep were great, productive and helpful, and then between when we licensed and GoGuardian was added another new sales person. This was beyond poor! Bad communication and I can't help but wonder if this is why you lost 2 staff members during that time frame.
