Pinwheel has been amazing When looking for a phone for my son, Pinwheel came up in my search. I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of this company but, after having this phone for 5 months now, I have only had a good experience. Customer service is 100% amazing too. If you have a question about anything, there is always someone there to help. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a monitored phone for their child.

Dino Noriega was extremely helpful and… Dino Noriega was extremely helpful and able to take care of the issue when the first agent couldn't. Took alot of back and forth throughout the day, which is why I took off a star. But both customer service agents (Dino and "Chen B") were friendly and professional. I made a suggestion as to how I hoped Pinwheel could prevent the issue I had and asked it to be forwarded to the appropriate department.
