Grateful for well trained patient knowledgeable support staff. I would add a 5th star 🌟 if I could call & speak with support over the phone.

My concerns and questions are always treated in a respectful way and they stick with me until the issue is resolved, even if it takes a while and multiple attempts. This is not something that I would have been able to do on an ordinary smartphone is precisely why this software/service is very much needed for preteens.

Loved The Phone Overall I gave my 10 year old son one of these Pinwheel phones, and he loved it! There were games and apps that kept him happy but not addicted, and we had customer support immediately after something went wrong. Nice work, Pinwheel!!
