GBLoved The Phone Overall I gave my 10 year old son one of these Pinwheel phones, and he loved it! There were games and apps that kept him happy but not addicted, and we had customer support immediately after something went wrong. Nice work, Pinwheel!!

GBReturns are long , complicated and arduous It has been a nightmare. It was over 1 month shipping. The phone was defective. I notified customer service. I had to take it to a technician to verify it wasn’t my incompetence. Then they asked for 5 different sets of pictures and video to ensure the phone was not scratched even though the screen was not the issue. My request for a refund had been passed to five different “agents and they still won’t refund or replace… update I was able to get help from a team lead who was gracious and efficient. I do encourage buyers to be aware of a very complicated long return process.

CAA unique purchasing situation... I had a unique purchasing request that couldn't be processed through their website. Pinwheel support was able to do everything through their live chat. Instructions were clear and concise. Any hurdles were easily overcome. The agent was polite and helpful. Made for a swift purchase.

GBDino Noriega was extremely helpful and… Dino Noriega was extremely helpful and able to take care of the issue when the first agent couldn't. Took alot of back and forth throughout the day, which is why I took off a star. But both customer service agents (Dino and "Chen B") were friendly and professional. I made a suggestion as to how I hoped Pinwheel could prevent the issue I had and asked it to be forwarded to the appropriate department.
