GBDino Noriega was extremely helpful and… Dino Noriega was extremely helpful and able to take care of the issue when the first agent couldn't. Took alot of back and forth throughout the day, which is why I took off a star. But both customer service agents (Dino and "Chen B") were friendly and professional. I made a suggestion as to how I hoped Pinwheel could prevent the issue I had and asked it to be forwarded to the appropriate department.

GBSafe & reliable My daughter has had a Pinwheel phone for 2 years now. I'm really happy with the Pinwheel software. Approving or rejecting contacts is easy thru the caregiver portal as well as making schedules, adding apps etc. I definitely recommend Pinwheel to all who are trying to limit their kid's access to social media apps etc. My daughter loves the look of her smart phone and I love the security of the software.

GBReturns are long , complicated and arduous It has been a nightmare. It was over 1 month shipping. The phone was defective. I notified customer service. I had to take it to a technician to verify it wasn’t my incompetence. Then they asked for 5 different sets of pictures and video to ensure the phone was not scratched even though the screen was not the issue. My request for a refund had been passed to five different “agents and they still won’t refund or replace… update I was able to get help from a team lead who was gracious and efficient. I do encourage buyers to be aware of a very complicated long return process.

GBPinwheel is the best out there! Pinwheel is fantastic! I searched high and low for a good option for my son that has the parental control I require and the flexibility and "cool" factor that he wants. And their customer service is top notch! Cannot say enough good things about Pinwheel!

GBWe've had a great experience with… We've had a great experience with Pinwheel. Sure there are hiccups or glitches, but support has come through every time with answers or elevated cases to help the backend of the system work better. The system does what we expected - help us talk more about technology as a family to set up healthy habits and gain wisdom about the pitfalls of technology. It's great to start younger tech users out with this type of platform because when they are older, they are more aware and can understand parenting choices and the world around them.
