GBWe've had a great experience with… We've had a great experience with Pinwheel. Sure there are hiccups or glitches, but support has come through every time with answers or elevated cases to help the backend of the system work better. The system does what we expected - help us talk more about technology as a family to set up healthy habits and gain wisdom about the pitfalls of technology. It's great to start younger tech users out with this type of platform because when they are older, they are more aware and can understand parenting choices and the world around them.

GBLoved The Phone Overall I gave my 10 year old son one of these Pinwheel phones, and he loved it! There were games and apps that kept him happy but not addicted, and we had customer support immediately after something went wrong. Nice work, Pinwheel!!

GBHelpful, quick fix. Tony effectively fixed the issue we were having with placing phone calls to/from our pinwheel device. When navigating away from the chat to place a trial phone call, I did get “booted” from the chat and a brand new window opened when navigated back. This seems to happen every time I use the chat feature.
