GBGreat customer service for my issue. My Huion Kamvas was going sleep either by timing out or pressing the power button but the screen would not wake up. When I had this issue and reached out to tech support I was skeptical about getting a reply in a timely manner as well as a proper solution. I was wrong. Not only did Esther from Huion Customer Service Team get back to me in a reasonable timeframe they were also able to resolve my issue! Timely response, great communication, and fixed my problem.
