Very patient and understanding support team. When everything was said and done, the support team from Huion was very helpful with getting me the items that I was missing from my order. I really have to commend their patience with some technical difficulties we were experiencing in e-mails. For some reason, one email provider I was using wasn't allowing me to see their replies, but they hung on until I was able to get that fixed.

Horrible Response Time and Roundabout Solutions. Their customer service representative spent a very long time to just respond to an email. They did not communicate effectively and kept going in circles attempting to delay a replacement of a device over and over and over again. My device has a simple issue and just needs to be replaced, however they have yet to do this and still keep delaying. It has been almost 4 MONTHS of trying and yet, nothing. Completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and I have yet to even be able to use the damn thing.
