GBEasy To Follow Help and Relatively Responsive I was helped by Jane and they did very well! My issue with my tablet was tackled with thorough questioning and a satisfactory solution! Jane wrote comprehensive emails and while I had to spend $40 for shipping which wasn't ideal I got a replacement essentially free since my issue required it. I hope everyone has this quality experience when working with Huion customer service. Just wanna warn for those in the U.S.A. if you need to send payment to Huion if it's rejected check with your credit union/bank, for me they had to lift a block on purchases to Hong Kong I believe.

GBNo response from the company Very unresponsive I ordered a Huon Note on Saturday 16th March with expedited delivery . Have signed in to my account several times and the status has not yet changed from when it was purchased - still not packaged or shipped and I needed it within 5 days (as per your website). Have contacted support via chat twice and they always seem to be offline and have not yet received any email response either.

GBHad keyboard issue, don’t have one anymore Had keyboard issue and initially felt they weren’t quite listening to what I wrote the issue was very well. After a little back and forth clarifying Jane and the service team figured out what I was saying the problem was and worked towards identifying a solution. Thank you.

CAIncredibly helpful customer support First experience with Huion’s service department and I was pleasantly surprised. My key dial had completely stopped working after a botched firmware update and unable to find anything online about the issue, I reached out to the service team. It did take a few days for them to respond, but when they did, I was able to reset and fix my device quickly with their help. Jane and the service team provided steps and videos and were able to troubleshoot issues if something wasn’t working. In the end, I got my key dial working with all my devices and I’m very grateful for the friendly and helpful service I received from Huion. Very happy with my Kamvas and KeyDial and even more impressed by their kind service. Well deserving of 5 stars.
