GBGreat customer service for my issue. My Huion Kamvas was going sleep either by timing out or pressing the power button but the screen would not wake up. When I had this issue and reached out to tech support I was skeptical about getting a reply in a timely manner as well as a proper solution. I was wrong. Not only did Esther from Huion Customer Service Team get back to me in a reasonable timeframe they were also able to resolve my issue! Timely response, great communication, and fixed my problem. Very satisfied with my Kamvas and tech support. Thanks.

GBVery patient and understanding support team. When everything was said and done, the support team from Huion was very helpful with getting me the items that I was missing from my order. I really have to commend their patience with some technical difficulties we were experiencing in e-mails. For some reason, one email provider I was using wasn't allowing me to see their replies, but they hung on until I was able to get that fixed.

GBNo response from the company Very unresponsive I ordered a Huon Note on Saturday 16th March with expedited delivery . Have signed in to my account several times and the status has not yet changed from when it was purchased - still not packaged or shipped and I needed it within 5 days (as per your website). Have contacted support via chat twice and they always seem to be offline and have not yet received any email response either.

CAIncredibly helpful customer support First experience with Huion’s service department and I was pleasantly surprised. My key dial had completely stopped working after a botched firmware update and unable to find anything online about the issue, I reached out to the service team. It did take a few days for them to respond, but when they did, I was able to reset and fix my device quickly with their help. Jane and the service team provided steps and videos and were able to troubleshoot issues if something wasn’t working. In the end, I got my key dial working with all my devices and I’m very grateful for the friendly and helpful service I received from Huion. Very happy with my Kamvas and KeyDial and even more impressed by their kind service. Well deserving of 5 stars.

GBAmazing Tech support After a recent update, my computer wouldn't go into sleep mode properly. I contacted Huion & after a very brief delay they were able to get back to me with the exact fix to my issue. As someone who's preference is tablet computers & who's worked with multiple different brands for work, Huion's Kamvas Studio 16" has been the best experience experience so far!
