GBHave to agree with the other… Have to agree with the other contributors, I would never have purchased from this company had I read the reviews. They fail to answer emails even though they advertise a 24/7 service. The "Free" Winsweeper Programme was Red Flagged and stopped from installing on my computer by my Norton Internet Security, The Key Code provided for WinThruster was rejected by the programme. I removed both programmes from my computer and requested a refund within one hour of purchasing, no answer for THREE Days. since then very sporadic emails from their selling company 2checkout.com. Now have escalated a claim through PayPal.

ESSolvusoft support center I have requested Solvusoft support to solve a problem caused by a virus. Although the tool has not been able to solve my problem, Alex, through chat, has helped me enormously. He has indicated at all times how I should proceed and has tried to understand and solve my problem. When I can not solve it, I have canceled the subscription and returned the money from the license

GTCustomer service When I started to use the File View Pro I thougt it was a cheet, I contacted the customer service and they solved my problem in minutes, we found the problem and everything was ok. Now I am going to install the program in other computers.

GBFixed my laptop after I accidentally… Fixed my laptop after I accidentally deleted my touchpad driver. The medion website would not give be the correct driver but I ran their software and it found the correct one and now my touchpad works again! very happy
