Customer service is prompt and really helpfull I reached out chat service, and in one minute, I met RP CS Stephen on the chat. Stephen was very helpful and solved my issue (not able to receive call) in just a few minutes. It was really an outstanding experience!

Pleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service.
