We forgot to renew our annual plan on one of our phones and he was able to restore the phone line (re-port the number) and activate a quick 1Month plan to get things moving again! Fantastic support! The Customer service rep Ronald (emp ID… The Customer service rep Ronald (emp ID - 1498) was awesome, could solve my esim download issue easily, before him all the reps tried but could not help and hold the call on music for long. Hats off to Ronald, keep up the good job , he is more helpful and customer oriented.

Pleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service. I have not travelled much, so I'm not sure how that part will stand up, but around town, it has been superb service.

Great Service, Great Price, Awesome Quality! I really like the service. I like how the coverage is very good, the signal quality, the 5G+ speed that not every prepaid cell phone provider offers, the prices are very good. I travel a lot to Mexico and Canada and I like that I can buy roaming packages and additional data!
