Seamless Transition to Red Pocket from Spectrum Mobile Easy chat session with Red Pocket CS to select the right plan for my second phone and how it was going to be integrated with my existing account with Red Pocket. Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.
