GBCustomer service is prompt and really helpfull I reached out chat service, and in one minute, I met RP CS Stephen on the chat. Stephen was very helpful and solved my issue (not able to receive call) in just a few minutes. It was really an outstanding experience!

GBSeamless Transition to Red Pocket from Spectrum Mobile Easy chat session with Red Pocket CS to select the right plan for my second phone and how it was going to be integrated with my existing account with Red Pocket. CS knew what they were talking about and I got the chat transcript in order to follow the instructions. Ordered the SIM which was sent quickly. It was an absolutely seamless transition!

GBPleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service. I have not travelled much, so I'm not sure how that part will stand up, but around town, it has been superb service.

GBRed Pocket Customer Service = 5+ Stars!! Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.
