GBHorrible customer security I tried to sign up for Red Pocket but they put my sign up on hold. They sent me a link that wanted me to give some third party access to my current phone to verify my identity and called it a security measure. I don't know how give access to my phone could possibly be considered security...

GBPleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service. I have not travelled much, so I'm not sure how that part will stand up, but around town, it has been superb service.

GBFantastic Support Just wanted to say thank you to RP CS Stephen for the fantastic assistance today. We forgot to renew our annual plan on one of our phones and he was able to restore the phone line (re-port the number) and activate a quick 1Month plan to get things moving again! Fantastic support! GBRed Pocket Customer Service = 5+ Stars!! Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.
