Great Service, Great Price, Awesome Quality! I really like the service. I like how the coverage is very good, the signal quality, the 5G+ speed that not every prepaid cell phone provider offers, the prices are very good. I travel a lot to Mexico and Canada and I like that I can buy roaming packages and additional data!

No "unlimited" data! RedPocket advertises unlimited data plans with "a reduction in speed once allotted GB is exceeded." But in my case reduction in speed did not mean slower data, it meant NO data. Two "troubleshooting" chats of 60-90 minutes each could not resolve this problem. I kept being told that streaming would not be possible at slower speed, but the problem was NO data at all, not high-data applications. I noted this issue within weeks of starting my annual plan, but RedPocket would not refund me. To make matters worse, RedPocket then threatened to disallow porting out my phone number (i.e., holding my phone number hostage) because I started a credit card dispute. Beware when dealing with this scammy company!

Pleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service. I have not travelled much, so I'm not sure how that part will stand up, but around town, it has been superb service.

Seamless Transition to Red Pocket from Spectrum Mobile Easy chat session with Red Pocket CS to select the right plan for my second phone and how it was going to be integrated with my existing account with Red Pocket. CS knew what they were talking about and I got the chat transcript in order to follow the instructions. Ordered the SIM which was sent quickly. It was an absolutely seamless transition!

Red Pocket Customer Service = 5+ Stars!! Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.
