First Class Support First Class Support - I had an issue with Pianoverse (my fault) and it took a good while and a lot of tenacity on the part of IK Multimedia support (shout out to Jason W) to sort it out. Umpteen emails later and them putting up with my grumbling, we have a solution. Thnkas guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me! Oh and Speaking as a former Professional Pianist - Pianoverse is UNBELIEVABLY Good.

I don't know why I keep buying this… I don't know why I keep buying this company's products. I keep getting suckered in by all the massive discounts and promises of industry standard plugins and sounds. Everything I've ever bought from them has so many issues that make you want to just uninstall and chuck the lot away, but of course, you can't uninstall, because if you do and try to install again you're told it's already installed! My latest mistake was buying Total Studio 4 Max. I should've known, I should've stayed away, but no, just like an idiot I pressed buy. I've spent days, I mean F***ING DAYS trying to install just one part of this disastrous package. I don't know how they do it, they must sit there working out ways to make it so difficult to get anything to work. I've had no problem with any other company I've bought from, but this lot, OY! I've now got a PC full of this crap that I can't get rid of, files everywhere that I can't get rid of and a depleted bank balance. Where is says date of experience read month of February/ongoing. Their support is a waste of time, you wait days then you get the standard responses.

IK Multimedia makes the best guitar amp sims and gives excellent support! IK Multimedia makes a killer product and provides excellent support! I've tried almost 100 guitar amp/cabinet sim combinations and they have the best sounding ones on the market by far with tons of awesome pedals to choose from too. You'll have no problem finding a sound that's right for you. Their support team is excellent too. I had what turned out to be a minor with the software that was preventing me from using it properly (the wrong search filter was turned on), and they were super quick to respond and help me fix it in just a couple of email exchanges.
