GBrubbish support. been with IK multimedia products since 2007. Getting extremely frustrated with the weeks of support from Jason W, who can't effectively guide me through the authorization process for the new version os OSX. God help us. Last email from Jason said "You authorize it on the main IKPM > Software tab on the right it should say Authorize. " If you has read my last email you would see that I HAVE DONE THIS. See my screen grabs. Pau Kaufman effectively helped me in 2007 when I first ordered the product by snail mail. This latest experience has been awful.

CATech support with teeth I use AmpliTube 5 every day. I've been playing guitar since the 60's so I have a lifetime of experience with the analog versions of the gear. I recently encountered a couple of issues that were impacting my work flow that I just couldn't navigate by myself. I contacted tech support this morning and they promptly responded. It took twelve messages back and forth. They were fabulous and they got everything straightened out very quickly. Making great gear is important and keeping it up and running smoothly so the focus stays on music production is essential. IK Multimedia has been a game changer for me. Real tools for real artists.

GBIK Multimedia makes the best guitar amp sims and gives excellent support! IK Multimedia makes a killer product and provides excellent support! I've tried almost 100 guitar amp/cabinet sim combinations and they have the best sounding ones on the market by far with tons of awesome pedals to choose from too. You'll have no problem finding a sound that's right for you. Their support team is excellent too. I had what turned out to be a minor with the software that was preventing me from using it properly (the wrong search filter was turned on), and they were super quick to respond and help me fix it in just a couple of email exchanges.
