GBI will never order from IK Multimedia again I will never, EVER, order directly from IK Multimedia again. I will just order from Sweetwater if I need/want an IK Multimedia product. I placed an order earlier today and paid for overnight shipping through IK Multimedia. I have had an account for quite some time, so my info is already in their systems. After paying $35.00 for overnight shipping for the ARC Studio, I see now that they still haven't even processed the order. They generated a shipping label, but have done nothing with it. In the "Orders" section of my account, it says "Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped". For real? Your company literally makes this product, if anyone should be able to process an order of a single item, it should be the company that makes it. I've been frustrated with their inexperienced tech support in the past, but now I'm just angry they offer an overnight delivery, but can't handle processing an order in less than three business days. That's absolutely crazy and embarrassing. They should be embarrassed.

GBI recently purchased IK Multimedia's Amplitube 5 MAX and iRig HD X I recently purchased IK Multimedia's Amplitube 5 MAX to up my guitar practice and playing skills. I also purchase and iRig HD X to act as the interface between my guitars and computer. I had a little difficulty downloading the drivers for my iRig HD X interface so I contacted IK Multimedia customer support. Jason at tech support was able to quickly figure out the problem and get me up and running. Jason and I corresponded back and forth and each time he was patient, polite and very professional. Thanks Jason, you rock my man. If you are thinking about a interface to help you create your favorite music. Amplitube 5 MAX is an intuitive software suite with 100's of features that are sure to help anyone wishing to create their own music reach their goal.

GBFirst Class Support First Class Support - I had an issue with Pianoverse (my fault) and it took a good while and a lot of tenacity on the part of IK Multimedia support (shout out to Jason W) to sort it out. Umpteen emails later and them putting up with my grumbling, we have a solution. Thnkas guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me! Oh and Speaking as a former Professional Pianist - Pianoverse is UNBELIEVABLY Good.

DEMy Case of Individual Approach to Me I had an issue with a serial number of a product, so I reached out to IK Support Team. They helped me quite quickly and what was really cool is that they had an individual approach to me as they didn't send me back to their web page with a huge instruction so that I do everything myself (which is often the case with support teams), but rather just gave me a new serial number right in the email, so I didn't need to waste my time at all. Awesome :)
