GBI don't know why I keep buying this… I don't know why I keep buying this company's products. I keep getting suckered in by all the massive discounts and promises of industry standard plugins and sounds. Everything I've ever bought from them has so many issues that make you want to just uninstall and chuck the lot away, but of course, you can't uninstall, because if you do and try to install again you're told it's already installed! My latest mistake was buying Total Studio 4 Max. I should've known, I should've stayed away, but no, just like an idiot I pressed buy. I've spent days, I mean F***ING DAYS trying to install just one part of this disastrous package. I don't know how they do it, they must sit there working out ways to make it so difficult to get anything to work. I've had no problem with any other company I've bought from, but this lot, OY! I've now got a PC full of this crap that I can't get rid of, files everywhere that I can't get rid of and a depleted bank balance. Where is says date of experience read month of February/ongoing. Their support is a waste of time, you wait days then you get the standard responses.

CATech support with teeth I use AmpliTube 5 every day. I've been playing guitar since the 60's so I have a lifetime of experience with the analog versions of the gear. I recently encountered a couple of issues that were impacting my work flow that I just couldn't navigate by myself. I contacted tech support this morning and they promptly responded. It took twelve messages back and forth. They were fabulous and they got everything straightened out very quickly. Making great gear is important and keeping it up and running smoothly so the focus stays on music production is essential. IK Multimedia has been a game changer for me. Real tools for real artists.

GBsupport dont help or care I will never buy from IK multimedia again. I have begged for support for 6 days and nothing. Except asking for screen shots and no remedies they barelyr respond then they don't know how to fix anything. ASIo settings don't work screen wont maximize and support ignores you, I would give less than 1 star don't spend any money with them I will cancel mine immediately, I really wanted this software so disappointed I don't want the software but they wont work with me help me at all. I'm going to garageband instead recommend all do the same. I'm very angry and very disappointed

GBI bought a tone x pedal yesterday I bought a tone x pedal yesterday. Great experience so far. The pedal sounds amazing and to comes with additional softwares like amplitube 5.
