GBI will never order from IK Multimedia again I will never, EVER, order directly from IK Multimedia again. I will just order from Sweetwater if I need/want an IK Multimedia product. I placed an order earlier today and paid for overnight shipping through IK Multimedia. I have had an account for quite some time, so my info is already in their systems. After paying $35.00 for overnight shipping for the ARC Studio, I see now that they still haven't even processed the order. They generated a shipping label, but have done nothing with it. In the "Orders" section of my account, it says "Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped". For real? Your company literally makes this product, if anyone should be able to process an order of a single item, it should be the company that makes it. I've been frustrated with their inexperienced tech support in the past, but now I'm just angry they offer an overnight delivery, but can't handle processing an order in less than three business days. That's absolutely crazy and embarrassing. They should be embarrassed.

AUI purchased a used Tonex Pedal from IK… I purchased a used Tonex Pedal from IK Multimedia through Amazon, only to find I required a serial # to unlock and register the pedal. Literally, overnight Jason and his team at IK supported my request. Great customer service and the pedal sounds awesome.

CATech support with teeth I use AmpliTube 5 every day. I've been playing guitar since the 60's so I have a lifetime of experience with the analog versions of the gear. I recently encountered a couple of issues that were impacting my work flow that I just couldn't navigate by myself. I contacted tech support this morning and they promptly responded. It took twelve messages back and forth. They were fabulous and they got everything straightened out very quickly. Making great gear is important and keeping it up and running smoothly so the focus stays on music production is essential. IK Multimedia has been a game changer for me. Real tools for real artists.

GBsupport dont help or care I will never buy from IK multimedia again. I have begged for support for 6 days and nothing. Except asking for screen shots and no remedies they barelyr respond then they don't know how to fix anything. ASIo settings don't work screen wont maximize and support ignores you, I would give less than 1 star don't spend any money with them I will cancel mine immediately, I really wanted this software so disappointed I don't want the software but they wont work with me help me at all. I'm going to garageband instead recommend all do the same. I'm very angry and very disappointed
