USIt's a great start It's a great start, but it needs to be easier for patients. Many patients can't follow the instruction to text ADD facilityname firstname lastname They should just be able to text their name alone (without the word add, and facility name) to sign up for the waitlist. Also, there should be a way to sign up for different clinics so we don't get optometry patients mixed up with regular appointment clinic patients. Otherwise, it's pretty cool.

USOverall functionality of the program is… Overall functionality of the program is good, only thing and would suggest is that it would be much easier to have a number keypad pop up while inputting the guest phone number, Lwhile using a Phone it’s a lot more simple to do this but not with IPad, I feel guest seem to be more reluctant to give you their info while your personal phone is in your hand instead of the pad it just look a lot more formal and professional. Hopefully that is implemented in a future update
