First Ever Fast Service Pop Up We used TablesReady for our first fast service pop up and it was a lifesaver! The day was extremely busy, buy the program worked like a charm and our service was fast and smooth. I HIGHLY recommend TablesReady for anyone looking to make your food service life easier!

I had Higher Expectations Initially, the Tables Ready platform seemed intuitive enough and I was excited at the thought of how quickly the set-up appeared to be. The utilization of the appointment system is frustrating at best, and ultimately is the reason that this platform didn't receive 5 stars. I had to reach back out to our sales person and ask for additional instructions on how to set the appointment system up. He immediately responded with a pre-recorded "How To" video, which was helpful, but also speaks to very clear and consistent issues that most users seem to struggle with. I consider myself technologically savvy enough, and I can't even imagine a less technically competent individual attempting to navigate this system.

Torrence BBQ Loves TablesReady We (Torrence BBQ) own a barbecue food truck. When we aren't catering events, we setup at breweries, wineries, distilleries, and other public events. Conducting public events is extremely fast paced and prior to using TablesReady we struggled to keep track of customers to deliver their food. We would have to send employees out of the truck to locate and deliver the food which took hands away from their primary job role of preparing and filling new orders. Once we implemented TablesReady, we have reduced this effort by at least 75%. We utilize Square as our POS, so when an order is placed at the window, we request the customers' cell phone number and inform them we will send a text when their order is ready for pickup. The only reason we aren't at 100% efficiency with TablesReady is either a customer is not willing to provide a cell phone number or they give us a wrong number. Thank you TablesReady for a great tool in the tool belt for providing a better more efficient service to our customers' experience at Torrence BBQ.

Basic and minimal The interface needs to be more oriented toward use on a tablet than a laptop. Settings are tedious to update in real time. Analytics are basically useless for us. We have parties of varied sizes and different sized tables which accommodate different sized parties and there is no way to account for this in the way it estimates wait times. We may have a table for 4 available in 20 minutes, but a table for 6 might be more like a 45 minute wait. There is no way customize this type of variable, making it confusing for the potential guest. Updating estimated wait times is a multi-step task which is difficult to update when you are in the middle of a dinner rush, especially on the tablet. There are also virtually no online help tutorials, meaning you have to email someone to find out how to adjust settings appropriately. Wording is confusing and inconsistent. It is very basic and involves a lot of back and forth and manual manipulation.

Great startup app for fast casual dining TablesReady has been critical in starting my fast-casual/ walk-up restaurant without using antiquated pagers with an antiquated infrastructure to support it. This technology integrated with Square has allowed our operation to notify our patrons when their order is ready no matter where they are, on or off property. Being a property located on the beaches of Lake Erie, our guests have the flexibility to be at the beach, walking the shore, enjoying time with their families or seated versus waiting onsite for their order. One ask i have is that the integration is a one step process vs. two. My cashiers have to enter the customer data in twice, once for the customer name and contact number to go to TablesReady and again to be printed on the kitchen receipt...which is confusing to the customer (if asked again) and sometimes a name conflict during peak hours.
