GBI received a defective notebook and… I received a defective notebook and tried to work it out with Technical Support, but couldn't fix it over the phone I had by to return a defective note for repair, but was surprised I was responsible for the return shipping which was $20. Not such a great deal paying the additional. It wasn't anything I did to cause the problem.

GBBig company prices. Mom and Pop service. I bought a laptop 3 years ago and another last week. i love refurbees. First - they actually answer phone calls and do it happily! Second - they have a great technical staff. They are competent, courteous and patient. Their service is excellent. While my first computer was under warranty, a memory stick failed. The replaced it immediately. Just recently, I spilled hot tea on it. It wouldn't turn on. I brought it in and even though it was no longer under warranty they diagnosed the problem and they repaired in under 45 minutes for minimal cost! My new computer was ordered on a Thursday and I got it on Saturday! It looks brand new.

GBGreat product easy check out Great product easy check out. Was able to track my order all the way to my home without any pain. The laptop arrived as described. I needed a good laptop to use when I’m ready to return to the workforce. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and undergoing chemotherapy treatment. So I unfortunately have limited funds and this was within my budget 👍😊 definitely will use there company again. Thank you.

GBThese people are an absolute horror These people are an absolute horror. I ordered a laptop from Micro Center. It was shipped directly to me from RefurBees. It wouldn't even boot. I sent it back. THEY SENT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING LAPTOP TO ME!!!! I AM TWO WEEKS INTO AN ONLINE CLASS AND STILL DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING LAPTOP!!!!!!!
