My only issue is that after I rec'd the acknowledgment of my order and when the expected delivery time was that the delivery wasn't in that timeframe I was beginning to think I'd been scammed because I didn't have any communication from the company until it had been a couple of weeks then, I did recieve a call and after that the delivery was made. Trying to track online only led to companies trying to sell me their tracking services!

Professional company Professional company. We purchased a laptop from them. I am sure we had the odd circumstance, but we had an issue with it. We returned our computer in the 30 day window and received a refund. I give them 4 stars because you can shop with confidence, that if you have the unusual experience of a problem, they'll make it right.

They have always been 1st class and very fast with deliveries in the past so I knew it was a minor glitch. I called this time and spoke with the front desk (I assume). The lady was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She looked up my name and email right away and confirmed that I was on their customer list. I rebooted my system as she suggested and my order registered right-a-way. I highly recommend Refurbees. Great products, service and price.
