The laptop is everything as advertised… The laptop is everything as advertised and I'm very happy with it. My only issue is that after I rec'd the acknowledgment of my order and when the expected delivery time was that the delivery wasn't in that timeframe I was beginning to think I'd been scammed because I didn't have any communication from the company until it had been a couple of weeks then, I did recieve a call and after that the delivery was made. Trying to track online only led to companies trying to sell me their tracking services!

Never again Perhaps I will write a review about this glorious company. A month ago, I bought a Refurbished Laptops Fujitsu Siemens. Everything hangs in it, the screws are not screwed to the end. In general, a so-so purchase. I did not suffer and bought another.

I gave Refurbees 5 stars I gave Refurbees 5 stars, even though I had a little trouble trying to log on and place my order. They have always been 1st class and very fast with deliveries in the past so I knew it was a minor glitch. I called this time and spoke with the front desk (I assume). The lady was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She looked up my name and email right away and confirmed that I was on their customer list. I rebooted my system as she suggested and my order registered right-a-way. I highly recommend Refurbees. Great products, service and price.

These people are an absolute horror These people are an absolute horror. I ordered a laptop from Micro Center. It was shipped directly to me from RefurBees. It wouldn't even boot. I sent it back. THEY SENT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING LAPTOP TO ME!!!! I AM TWO WEEKS INTO AN ONLINE CLASS AND STILL DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING LAPTOP!!!!!!!
