Never again Perhaps I will write a review about this glorious company. A month ago, I bought a Refurbished Laptops Fujitsu Siemens. Everything hangs in it, the screws are not screwed to the end. In general, a so-so purchase. I did not suffer and bought another.

The laptop is everything as advertised… The laptop is everything as advertised and I'm very happy with it. My only issue is that after I rec'd the acknowledgment of my order and when the expected delivery time was that the delivery wasn't in that timeframe I was beginning to think I'd been scammed because I didn't have any communication from the company until it had been a couple of weeks then, I did recieve a call and after that the delivery was made. Trying to track online only led to companies trying to sell me their tracking services!

Your value is very good Your value is generally very good. The lead time between placing the order and shipment is fairly long causing us to not purchase as much, but we always get it. Customer service when we've called or had to do a warranty was excellent, although we haven't had to use customer service much.

Completely satisfied return customer Computer arrived fully operational. Delivery was fast. This is the second computer I purchased from Refurbees and the first one served my business for 8 years. Nothing to complain about here!
