I received a defective notebook and… I received a defective notebook and tried to work it out with Technical Support, but couldn't fix it over the phone I had by to return a defective note for repair, but was surprised I was responsible for the return shipping which was $20. Not such a great deal paying the additional. It wasn't anything I did to cause the problem.

I needed a good laptop to use when I’m ready to return to the workforce. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Products are easy to find Products are easy to find. Ive used a different model of this HP Desktop and after many year its giving lots of problems. So upgraded to this one as replacement.
