I was impressed with the agents with whom I spoke. They were knowledgeable and upbeat. Seemed happy in what they were doing. We have used Direct TV services before and when we moved, we never even considered another company. After speaking with the agents, I was all the more impressed with the company. These agents didn't act as though it was just a job. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best service they had to offer. Looking forward to more good television viewing through Direct TV Services.

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Install!!! Conf# N64807527 Acct# 6788426 When I called just to inquire about pricing I had no intention of switching to Direct TV right on that call. But the excellent customer service I was given made that change for me. I chose to go with Direct TV and was able to get an installation date the very next day and am now saving over $60/month and got many more channels and features than I was getting with Dish and still saving money!!!! You cannot compare the deals and excellent customer service on top of that sealed the deal for me.

Direct TV had a door to door guy trying to sign up people for their service, the man who stopped at my house LIED saying he's from charter and had to check our cable boxes for whatever reason then pushes his way inside my house then stating he's actually from Direct TV, pulled out his little sheets describing the packages. Absolutely fuming how he LIED and PUSHED his way into my house...with my 2 small children!! Completely disgusted with this man AND Direct TV!!!

Don't trust your bill from this company. Instead of letting me know of the amount of the increase in cost of my service they include a little note: Effective 2/6/14, new pricing will be applied to DIRECTV programming packages and services. Click here for more complete details. Which by the way you cant click on. They can change your pricing at any time. Get EVERYTHING in writing.

great price and deal. I got a package woth phone, internet, and cable for $120 a month which for me was great since I paid 115 at comcast for just basic digital cable with no phone or internet and with direct tv I get tons more channels also like 200 more. I also do not have to pay for hd dvr as I did with comcast I get nfl Sunday ticket for a year free and hbo, starz, and cinemax free for 3 months. I can also watch many tv network on my phone tablet computer ipad etc for free which is pretty cool.
