great price and deal. I got a package woth phone, internet, and cable for $120 a month which for me was great since I paid 115 at comcast for just basic digital cable with no phone or internet and with direct tv I get tons more channels also like 200 more. I also do not have to pay for hd dvr as I did with comcast I get nfl Sunday ticket for a year free and hbo, starz, and cinemax free for 3 months. I can also watch many tv network on my phone tablet computer ipad etc for free which is pretty cool.

If I could rate a "0" I would If I could rate a "0" I would! Direct TV had a door to door guy trying to sign up people for their service, the man who stopped at my house LIED saying he's from charter and had to check our cable boxes for whatever reason then pushes his way inside my house then stating he's actually from Direct TV, pulled out his little sheets describing the packages. Absolutely fuming how he LIED and PUSHED his way into my house...with my 2 small children!! Completely disgusted with this man AND Direct TV!!!

Watch Out For These Thieves You cannot get an answer about internet / bundled services until you first sign up, take a hit on your Fair-Isaacs credit score, and pay with a credit card. After all this, it transpires there is no high speed internet partner in your neighborhood. This is so unethical as to border on the criminal. A shame, since DirectTV is probably the best for programming and price of the TV service.

I should of signed with Direct TV years ago. I called Direct TV. Got an immediate follow up phone call. They are such nice people and so accommodating. I can't wait to get my great picture and DVR and free HBO for 3 months. Thank God an affordable cable company with excellent customer service.

Extremely bad results, very poor service As a first time customer, I ordered the tv/internet cobo. NEVER received internet after giving my personal information. Representative put the incorrect address and email on file. Tried calling back many times, no help at all. I was given and redirected to phonelines and numbers that were bogus in my opinion. I still don't have internet and there is no one to answer for this after spending serveral hours of getting the run around. I was repeatedly told by the representatives that they could only help new customers.
