Anthony with the Queens accent now living in Florida Rocked My Day! Change is not something that most of us are comfortable with. After overpaying for many years with the competition I finally made the call to become part of the Direct TV family. First things first, "Anthony" from Queens and now living in Florida (Your Customer Service Rep) says, "We are huge on loyalty at Dish and we are here anytime for you and we want to earn and to keep your business." The experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome! I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!

Don't trust your bill from this company. Instead of letting me know of the amount of the increase in cost of my service they include a little note: Effective 2/6/14, new pricing will be applied to DIRECTV programming packages and services. Click here for more complete details. Which by the way you cant click on. They can change your pricing at any time. Get EVERYTHING in writing.

If I could rate a "0" I would If I could rate a "0" I would! Direct TV had a door to door guy trying to sign up people for their service, the man who stopped at my house LIED saying he's from charter and had to check our cable boxes for whatever reason then pushes his way inside my house then stating he's actually from Direct TV, pulled out his little sheets describing the packages. Absolutely fuming how he LIED and PUSHED his way into my house...with my 2 small children!! Completely disgusted with this man AND Direct TV!!!

Watch Out For These Thieves You cannot get an answer about internet / bundled services until you first sign up, take a hit on your Fair-Isaacs credit score, and pay with a credit card. After all this, it transpires there is no high speed internet partner in your neighborhood. This is so unethical as to border on the criminal. A shame, since DirectTV is probably the best for programming and price of the TV service.
