GBService with a Smile --I heard it over the phone... Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast. Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

GBExcellent Customer Service and Fast Install!!! Conf# N64807527 Acct# 6788426 When I called just to inquire about pricing I had no intention of switching to Direct TV right on that call. But the excellent customer service I was given made that change for me. I chose to go with Direct TV and was able to get an installation date the very next day and am now saving over $60/month and got many more channels and features than I was getting with Dish and still saving money!!!! You cannot compare the deals and excellent customer service on top of that sealed the deal for me.

GBThe experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome! I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!

GBRep was entirely helpful and informative - WAY better than Comcast! I have been wanting to switch to DirecTV for over a year, but couldn't due to not having a clear view from my apt for the dish. Once I moved and saw that my neighbor had DirecTV installed I knew that I could switch from sorry and pitiful Comcast. (They have the WORST customer service! It's nearly impossible trying to speak to an actual person. And when you do, you can't understand a word they say.) Back to my DirecTV experience, I was helped by Rebecca and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went through every process and read back the entire agreement before processing my order. She reviewed everything so thoroughly that I didn't have any questions after the whole thing was over. I will recommend DirecTV to anyone who asks!
