USExtremely bad results, very poor service As a first time customer, I ordered the tv/internet cobo. NEVER received internet after giving my personal information. Representative put the incorrect address and email on file. Tried calling back many times, no help at all. I was given and redirected to phonelines and numbers that were bogus in my opinion. I still don't have internet and there is no one to answer for this after spending serveral hours of getting the run around. I was repeatedly told by the representatives that they could only help new customers.

USService with a Smile --I heard it over the phone... Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast. Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

USDirecTV-My ONLY TV Source!!! I would recommend DirecTV to anyone due to the first class I receive when I call in to get a quote an make an order. All my questions were turned into answers and my confidence in DirecTV makes it only easier to trust their product. Customer service is my main objective when buying things and with this customer service agent, I would have bought a ketchup Popsicle with her wearing white gloves. (reference:Tommy Boy)

USA customer service rep in AMERICA WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT INTERACTING WITH MICKI, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO IS WORKING OUT OF MIAMI....VERY REFRESHING....ESPECIALLY AFTER DEALING WITH TIME WARNER EARLIER IN THE DAY, MY CURRENT VENDOR, THAT ACCIDENTLY ERASED MY DVR FEATURE AFTER THE CONVERSATION...THEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE LATER IN THE EVENING TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM...SO I AM DELIGHTED TO BE CHANGING TO DIRECT TV...THANK YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO INTERACTING WITH YOU ALL....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

USWow! I am amazed. Directtv did not bombard me with lots of extra fees. I was given straight answers. I stuck to my plan of purchase and although Anton offered upgrades he respected my decision and did not pressure me to purchase what I did not want. If you are looking for cable go direct.
