GBMy reasons for Five Stars The fact that you are: US Company Veteran-owned No outsourced customer service (Speaks ENGLISH that I can actually understand!) PRICE!!! These are the reasons I choose Pure Talk. My only issue is that I wish there were better customer service hours of operation. I know you're a young company, but maybe that can be rectified in the future.

GBI have been with pure talk for several… I have been with pure talk for several years now, never had any issues. Never had any complaints with the customer service people. They've always helped me out and they've always been great.

GBPure Talk you can trust The rep was great in giving me the info I need to possibly add a second line and in purchasing another phone. She also gave clarification for the customer referral program. This company cares about the lives of our military which we respect very much.
