I have been with pure talk for several… I have been with pure talk for several years now, never had any issues. Never had any complaints with the customer service people. They've always helped me out and they've always been great.

My reasons for Five Stars The fact that you are: US Company Veteran-owned No outsourced customer service (Speaks ENGLISH that I can actually understand!) PRICE!!! These are the reasons I choose Pure Talk. My only issue is that I wish there were better customer service hours of operation. I know you're a young company, but maybe that can be rectified in the future.

I misunderstood trying to stop doing business withwoke companies and also trying to savemoney. Metropcs had a cheap unlimited data plan. Even After high spd used up you couldstill use the data. I misunderstood. I thought yours would be similar but Your data is not usable after hi spd data isgone -my bad!! let the buyer beware now I will go back and pay new fees for metro ugh!

I am so glad I switched to Pure Talk I am so glad I switched to Pure Talk! I was with another carrier, starts with an S, for over 14 years and they kept raising my charges until I was paying over $250 a month for 3 lines! I would get offered "discounts" that were an insult for a longterm loyal customer. When my husband died and I removed his phone they increased my monthly charges! Pure Talk has been consistent in my pricing and I have never had any issues with my service. Best decision to switch carriers to Pure Talk!
