USI am so glad I switched to Pure Talk I am so glad I switched to Pure Talk! I was with another carrier, starts with an S, for over 14 years and they kept raising my charges until I was paying over $250 a month for 3 lines! I would get offered "discounts" that were an insult for a longterm loyal customer. When my husband died and I removed his phone they increased my monthly charges! Pure Talk has been consistent in my pricing and I have never had any issues with my service. Best decision to switch carriers to Pure Talk!

USThis is the best phone service! This is the best phone service I’ve ever had and I’ve tried several. They use all the major cell towers so I actually have the best reception. For the first time I can actually use my phone in my room, I used to only get reception in my laundry room where I have a cell booster. Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I have never had an issue with PureTalk since I switched over a year ago.

I also have been grateful for the service, including customer service provided. The price is a huge bonus, extremely competitive with others. USAfter a few months of Pure Talk I can… After a few months of Pure Talk I can say the service is working well. In fact I can say I don't notice any difference in performance compared to my previous account at Verizon--telephone calls, texting and internet access all work as before. In addition, I like Pure Talk's easily navigable website, especially when it comes to tracking my daily data usage. I try to limit myself to 15GB of monthly data to earn the low $35/month rate. By monitoring my usage I can see if I need to apply the brakes toward the end of the billing period or not. It's kind of a game.

USMy reasons for Five Stars The fact that you are: US Company Veteran-owned No outsourced customer service (Speaks ENGLISH that I can actually understand!) PRICE!!! These are the reasons I choose Pure Talk. My only issue is that I wish there were better customer service hours of operation. I know you're a young company, but maybe that can be rectified in the future.
