CAI couldn't RIP a CD because my computer… I couldn't RIP a CD because my computer didn't recognize some CD brand names. So, the technician advised me to keep trying until HBB type CD's worked. But for some reason my computer wouldn't include the Data that went with the CD. And that is where I am currently. I can RIP a CD but it doesn't include the data.

GBI don't know what I would do without them! Slimware is always available 24/7, literally. They're very helpful and have been very patient with me when I've been a dunce. They're easy to contact, either speaking with them directly on the phone or by text chatting. They always remind me to close any personal information, which they're not allowed to see. that I can close the session at any moment. They're safe, they know what they're doing, and they're worth it. I've called them for simple things and difficult things - doesn't matter - they're happy to help. I don't know what I would do without them!

GBMy Assistant was very Knowledgeable and… My Assistant was very Knowledgeable and persistent. She employed many different methods in an attempt to connect my HP printer to my Computer. The session lasted for almost an hour but it was crammed full of many attempts to accomplish our goal. She was very courteous and communicated very well. A pleasure to work with !

GBI was very impressed with Slimware I was very impressed with Slimware. Not only did they clean up the operating system of my laptop but they solved a long standing problem I had where my computer would not talk to my printer although both devices had recognised and were logged on to my wi-fi. Slimwares operator was professional, patient and very polite.

GBPrinter offline I have been using slimware for approximately 5 years. I am please with them. However I wish their technicians would let the clients know what they are doing when the remote the computer. In other words a little bit of education would be widely appreciated.
