CAI was greatly appreciative with the… I was greatly appreciative with the help I had received to get my laptop to perform much better then what it was. Even though from time to time I still have a bit of an issue. Find your workers patient and friendly and deal with some customers like myself that are not familiar with computers. Thanks for me giving my input.

GBThis team appeared out of nowhere. This team appeared out of nowhere and offered to fix problems I didn't know I had. I was skeptical at first, but they proved extremely knowledgeable.. I explained my technical limitations as to following everything they asked for, and we worked through the installation and cleanup rather effortlessly. I When I called back on a concern that had happened, they jumped right in and fixed it.

GBI don't know what I would do without them! Slimware is always available 24/7, literally. They're very helpful and have been very patient with me when I've been a dunce. They're easy to contact, either speaking with them directly on the phone or by text chatting. They always remind me to close any personal information, which they're not allowed to see. that I can close the session at any moment. They're safe, they know what they're doing, and they're worth it. I've called them for simple things and difficult things - doesn't matter - they're happy to help. I don't know what I would do without them!

GBSo far So far, so good. However, I did not get a call back about whether or not the download of Slimware was complete. Some repairs were made and everything seems to be in good shape. Had one incident of screen freeze immediately after fully downloading. Notice of action was sent via email from Slimware. No more screen freezes. Had trouble understanding some non-native English-speaking CSRs, but nothing serious.
