My order was thoroughly tested My order was thoroughly tested, got all my parts. Shipped. And when I plugged in had 0 issues. Nothing was knocked lose. Went right to the Windows setup. Amazing looking case and PC too. Very impressed. To add, during my set up by installing my stuff like Steam etc. I was dumb and played around and accidentally disabled the other graphics card (not the nvidia) and everything went black of course. All my fault. Called support same night (Friday at 9:30pm or so cst) and got someone on the phone and walked me through what I need to do and stayed on the phone with me while I pulled out the nvida card and battery and then booted it without the GPU to re-enable that secondary card. Amazing support already and was day 1 of my PC arrival. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Spent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin… Spent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin and within 24 hours the screen went black. 6 days of trying to contact their 24/7 customer service....NO RESPONSE.. Finally received an email from them with a return address. After 5 days still no response. No idea if their repairing it or replacing it . I literally can't reach anyone from this company. UPDATE:: Origin is currently working on correcting this issue. ( will update and adjust as their progress develops) MARCH 10th stil no computer or update .Well over a month into this nightmare ❗️Over a month ago I gave this company 3000$ .... and the only thing I have to show for it is an email with empty promises. No computer👉 I wish I'd have read the reviews as 1 in 4 people have given 1 star 👈 I finally asked for a refund and they did so in a timely manner.

Awesome people! Amazing support! Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

Grad School B+/89% Almost perfect production and sales This is not my first Origins computer. With a few exceptions, the reason for my 4 star, the service was exelent. Due to a recent warehouse move, the system was delayed a few days. There was a further delay in the shipping department due to custom graphics added, and the printer being down. This was not revealed until after being in shipping for 4 business days. I was given the option to remove the graphics with a refund, which I took. The machine was shipped within a few hours. The principle resin for only loosing one star. Addendum: the printing was completed prior to shipping. This could have been avoided with better communications between the graphics department, and sales support staff. This is the principle resin for the grade reduction, as it is a production machine, and not a gaming device. And time is money. That being said, I would not hesitate to go through the process again. Eddy and the team performed admirably. Will revisit and review after 2 weeks of operations.

Beautiful hard loop system from Origin I bought a very high end PC from Origin, $6K+, including a hard loop CPU & GPU, 4090, the works. I checked in on the status through the build process and received responses within 24 hours. System shipped on-time and within a day or two of what was originally communicated. They used Omni logistics and the system arrived in a crate on a pallet. Delivery scheduling was good, Omni called me to schedule and they called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived in the time window they said they would. The system is a beast. The custom loop looks beautiful. Everything works as expected, no issues when first turning on, and configuring and installing all my software, and transferring my files from my old system to the new one. Spending $6K on a system is a lot for me, for most people so I do appreciate the good communication from Origin, on-time shipping, good delivery experience, and most importantly, out of the crate and first turning it on was everything I had hoped for. Thank you Origin for this great experience.
