GBPositive experience Bought a premade gaming pc through their site, talked to the tech who was handling my order and received it two days later. Pc was intact, nothing broken and booted up fine. Very positive experience.

GBUnfortunate People recommended me to Origin, I always build my own, but being older I thought, sure why not. So, I've had my machine for less than 2 years, 1 year 5 months to be exact. A $5000 computer. I've had 4 issues, 2 with the same hardware and I was strung along with getting it fixed. Now I am being told there is nothing they can do for me and to fix it on my own. Seriously? Where is all the warranty information stored? I checked my account on Origin and there is no warranty information for each of the parts. If Origin isn't going to fix them, then I'll go through the manufacturers, but I need that information. But, wow, to be told, sorry, fix it yourself, really??!! ***Edited to update the review to 3 stars for someone reaching out after this review. As the title says, it is still unfortunate as I had already gone through the RMA process on my own and it was too little too late and no other compensation was offered other than to help with the issue that I've already sent off***

GBOrigin or Bust This is my 2nd Origin PC, I was an Alienware guy until 2020 when I bought my first Origin, Its been a perfect machine, not a single issue, NO BLOATWARE like my Dell backed Alienware now has. I was so pleased I just ordered another PC.

GBEverything seems OK During build process I received emails updating me on progress, which was helpful. For a custom PC build the time frame was reasonable. About a week. PC appears to work fine. Suggest they include a 'quick set up' sheet for small form factor PC case--it loads from the bottom, so it's a bit unintuitive at first glance.

GBSecond laptop- Love it!! This is the second laptop I have ordered from OriginPC, because the first one is still running after seven years and it's time for an upgrade to current computing standards. But, considering the first one is still functional, These laptops are the real deal!
