GBOrigin or Bust This is my 2nd Origin PC, I was an Alienware guy until 2020 when I bought my first Origin, Its been a perfect machine, not a single issue, NO BLOATWARE like my Dell backed Alienware now has. I was so pleased I just ordered another PC.

GBUnfortunate People recommended me to Origin, I always build my own, but being older I thought, sure why not. So, I've had my machine for less than 2 years, 1 year 5 months to be exact. A $5000 computer. I've had 4 issues, 2 with the same hardware and I was strung along with getting it fixed. Now I am being told there is nothing they can do for me and to fix it on my own. Seriously? Where is all the warranty information stored? I checked my account on Origin and there is no warranty information for each of the parts. If Origin isn't going to fix them, then I'll go through the manufacturers, but I need that information. But, wow, to be told, sorry, fix it yourself, really??!! ***Edited to update the review to 3 stars for someone reaching out after this review. As the title says, it is still unfortunate as I had already gone through the RMA process on my own and it was too little too late and no other compensation was offered other than to help with the issue that I've already sent off***

GBMy order was thoroughly tested My order was thoroughly tested, got all my parts. Shipped. And when I plugged in had 0 issues. Nothing was knocked lose. Went right to the Windows setup. Amazing looking case and PC too. Very impressed. To add, during my set up by installing my stuff like Steam etc. I was dumb and played around and accidentally disabled the other graphics card (not the nvidia) and everything went black of course. All my fault. Called support same night (Friday at 9:30pm or so cst) and got someone on the phone and walked me through what I need to do and stayed on the phone with me while I pulled out the nvida card and battery and then booted it without the GPU to re-enable that secondary card. Amazing support already and was day 1 of my PC arrival. HIGHLY recommend this company.

GBGreat PC's with questionable customer support I placed an order for a high end laptop at the end of 2023. The initial laptop sent out had a GPU that was malfunctioning. Origin made it right and sent out another one, took about another two weeks. I had an issue with that laptop that was honestly my fault and I sent that back in due to my original order being toast. Just assumed this newer one was as well. I sent in my laptop again and Origin had quite a time getting to me/working on the issue/returning my laptop. Trying to get in touch with them wasn't the easiest. I purchased from Origin based solely off the customer service they tout. Fast forward 3 weeks and I finally had my laptop. Management from Corsair/Origin stepped in once they learned of the issue and offered to help me out in other ways, which was appreciated. I feel like Origin is a good company that simply needs better on the floor management when it comes to customer support and inquiries. My hardware is impeccable. But, getting in touch w/ Origin isn't the easiest at times... Thanks for helping, Jake!

GBI bought the Chronos V3 in white I bought the Chronos V3 in white. Super easy buying experience. Received consistent notifications and feedback along the way, setting expectations and building excitement. Build quality was good, though one side panel of the rig was popping out on delivery due to the pressure from some wires that couldn't fit all the way inside the metal enclosure I guess. I was able to get the siding snapped back in place, and all is well. I know there's pressure on that panel, so will keep an eye on it. This is what's keeping me at 4-stars. Overall, the machine looks and works great. I'm a happy buyer.
