GBBeautiful hard loop system from Origin I bought a very high end PC from Origin, $6K+, including a hard loop CPU & GPU, 4090, the works. I checked in on the status through the build process and received responses within 24 hours. System shipped on-time and within a day or two of what was originally communicated. They used Omni logistics and the system arrived in a crate on a pallet. Delivery scheduling was good, Omni called me to schedule and they called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived in the time window they said they would. The system is a beast. The custom loop looks beautiful. Everything works as expected, no issues when first turning on, and configuring and installing all my software, and transferring my files from my old system to the new one. Spending $6K on a system is a lot for me, for most people so I do appreciate the good communication from Origin, on-time shipping, good delivery experience, and most importantly, out of the crate and first turning it on was everything I had hoped for. Thank you Origin for this great experience.

GBUnfortunate People recommended me to Origin, I always build my own, but being older I thought, sure why not. So, I've had my machine for less than 2 years, 1 year 5 months to be exact. A $5000 computer. I've had 4 issues, 2 with the same hardware and I was strung along with getting it fixed. Now I am being told there is nothing they can do for me and to fix it on my own. Seriously? Where is all the warranty information stored? I checked my account on Origin and there is no warranty information for each of the parts. If Origin isn't going to fix them, then I'll go through the manufacturers, but I need that information. But, wow, to be told, sorry, fix it yourself, really??!! ***Edited to update the review to 3 stars for someone reaching out after this review. As the title says, it is still unfortunate as I had already gone through the RMA process on my own and it was too little too late and no other compensation was offered other than to help with the issue that I've already sent off***

GB$6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler, service rep lied. $6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler. They tell me it is "the only one compatible" with my system which is an outright lie. They say this because it is a Corsair cooler and Corsair is Origin's parent company. They HAVE to push these products and can't admit that they're defective. The cooler in question is notoriously unreliable and Corsair needs to get rid of them. I have been building PCs for over 20 years and bought this PC from Origin for the convenience, now I am behind on work and have to fix this machine when my new cooler gets here. Not happy at all for $6000.

GBSecond laptop- Love it!! This is the second laptop I have ordered from OriginPC, because the first one is still running after seven years and it's time for an upgrade to current computing standards. But, considering the first one is still functional, These laptops are the real deal!

GBSpent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin… Spent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin and within 24 hours the screen went black. 6 days of trying to contact their 24/7 customer service....NO RESPONSE.. Finally received an email from them with a return address. After 5 days still no response. No idea if their repairing it or replacing it . I literally can't reach anyone from this company. UPDATE:: Origin is currently working on correcting this issue. ( will update and adjust as their progress develops) MARCH 10th stil no computer or update .Well over a month into this nightmare ❗️Over a month ago I gave this company 3000$ .... and the only thing I have to show for it is an email with empty promises. No computer👉 I wish I'd have read the reviews as 1 in 4 people have given 1 star 👈 I finally asked for a refund and they did so in a timely manner.
