Second laptop- Love it!! This is the second laptop I have ordered from OriginPC, because the first one is still running after seven years and it's time for an upgrade to current computing standards. But, considering the first one is still functional, These laptops are the real deal!

Positive experience Bought a premade gaming pc through their site, talked to the tech who was handling my order and received it two days later. Pc was intact, nothing broken and booted up fine. Very positive experience.

Notifications & Details When I didn't receive notifications about the status and details of my order, I reached out to the sales team. They were quick with responses, patient, and did their best relevant to the questions asked.

Everything seems OK During build process I received emails updating me on progress, which was helpful. For a custom PC build the time frame was reasonable. About a week. PC appears to work fine. Suggest they include a 'quick set up' sheet for small form factor PC case--it loads from the bottom, so it's a bit unintuitive at first glance.
