GBEverything seems OK During build process I received emails updating me on progress, which was helpful. For a custom PC build the time frame was reasonable. About a week. PC appears to work fine. Suggest they include a 'quick set up' sheet for small form factor PC case--it loads from the bottom, so it's a bit unintuitive at first glance.

GBSpent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin… Spent 3000+$ on a laptop from Origin and within 24 hours the screen went black. 6 days of trying to contact their 24/7 customer service....NO RESPONSE.. Finally received an email from them with a return address. After 5 days still no response. No idea if their repairing it or replacing it . I literally can't reach anyone from this company. UPDATE:: Origin is currently working on correcting this issue. ( will update and adjust as their progress develops) MARCH 10th stil no computer or update .Well over a month into this nightmare ❗️Over a month ago I gave this company 3000$ .... and the only thing I have to show for it is an email with empty promises. No computer👉 I wish I'd have read the reviews as 1 in 4 people have given 1 star 👈 I finally asked for a refund and they did so in a timely manner.

GBBeautiful hard loop system from Origin I bought a very high end PC from Origin, $6K+, including a hard loop CPU & GPU, 4090, the works. I checked in on the status through the build process and received responses within 24 hours. System shipped on-time and within a day or two of what was originally communicated. They used Omni logistics and the system arrived in a crate on a pallet. Delivery scheduling was good, Omni called me to schedule and they called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived in the time window they said they would. The system is a beast. The custom loop looks beautiful. Everything works as expected, no issues when first turning on, and configuring and installing all my software, and transferring my files from my old system to the new one. Spending $6K on a system is a lot for me, for most people so I do appreciate the good communication from Origin, on-time shipping, good delivery experience, and most importantly, out of the crate and first turning it on was everything I had hoped for. Thank you Origin for this great experience.

GBThis going to b a long 1 so please bear… This going to b a long 1 so please bear with me. i had them build me a custom pc for around 3k+ . it was built in a timely manor & shipped. & thats where the good part ends for awhile. form day 1 it was defective it kept getting the Blue screen of Death. Call there customer service line & kept getting NO ANSWER tried several times that day.I finally left a message to call me which they never did. the next day after several attempts i got through was told to do a mem. test which i did came back OK. called the next day again no answer, after several more attempts that day some1 finally answered the phone they said try a CLEAN WIN. install which i did. now the blue screen of death was gone but now every 4-5 hrs it would go to the log-in screen.I called again still having probs getting some1 in tech.support so i decided to call there sales line because we all know no matter what business theres always some there 2 sell u something. they alway got me some1 in tech support now after MUCH complaining the said send it back & we will fix it . so they sent me a NICE wooden crate 2 send it back in so there's a pos. for them. sent it back was told because it was defective right out of the box it would take priority in the repair approx. 1 wk from them receiving it back 2 it being fixed & sent back 2 me. they had it 2 1/2 weeks!! i was also told that i would get updates on the repairs. when i complained about no comms. i received a short cryptic message" checked out found no problems new cpu working fine. what??so when i called & inquired about the message NEW cpu?? i was told they replaced the CPU. it didnt say that but ok. got it back & the same prob. was till there ,every 4-5 hrs it would go to the log-in screen.called again (by this time i was able to get tru to tech support almost all the time, i guess all my bitchin paid off). was told ok we will c if we can build u a NEW computer we will b in touch i told them that i do ALL my banking on line so if we could cross-ship the new & defective computer so i could b able 2 get in2 my bank account they said they would check.after a couple if days i got conformation that they would indeed build me a NEW computer & allow cross shipment, again kudos to ORIGIN. said it would b about a week b4 the new computer shipped out. 21/2 week later no NEW COMPUTER!!! i called i was quite upset & asked WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???? they checked , the paperwork was misplaced. ???? i threatened legal action a few hrs latter i got a E-mail stating that my new build would start that day or the very latest the next day,& because it was there screw up they would up-grade my i-7 to a i-9m free of charge for the screw up . Again another Kudos 2 ORIGIN a week latter they sent me a notice that it was shipped out, they OVER NIGHTED to me!!! again another Kudos 2 ORIGIN PC. so here we are 4/24/2024 writing the review with a NICE working computer. i really would have liked 2 have given them a 5 star review but i just cant, in the end it all worked out. if they just didnt keep dropping the ball on this whole thing. Would i ever buy from them again? i really dont think so.They do use top notch components in there builds thats why i went with them, they NEVER once gave me a hard time about the probs. BUT THEY JUST KEPT DROPPING THE BALL!! Glenn.

GBGreat PC's with questionable customer support I placed an order for a high end laptop at the end of 2023. The initial laptop sent out had a GPU that was malfunctioning. Origin made it right and sent out another one, took about another two weeks. I had an issue with that laptop that was honestly my fault and I sent that back in due to my original order being toast. Just assumed this newer one was as well. I sent in my laptop again and Origin had quite a time getting to me/working on the issue/returning my laptop. Trying to get in touch with them wasn't the easiest. I purchased from Origin based solely off the customer service they tout. Fast forward 3 weeks and I finally had my laptop. Management from Corsair/Origin stepped in once they learned of the issue and offered to help me out in other ways, which was appreciated. I feel like Origin is a good company that simply needs better on the floor management when it comes to customer support and inquiries. My hardware is impeccable. But, getting in touch w/ Origin isn't the easiest at times... Thanks for helping, Jake!
