$6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler, service rep lied. $6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler. They tell me it is "the only one compatible" with my system which is an outright lie. They say this because it is a Corsair cooler and Corsair is Origin's parent company. They HAVE to push these products and can't admit that they're defective. The cooler in question is notoriously unreliable and Corsair needs to get rid of them. I have been building PCs for over 20 years and bought this PC from Origin for the convenience, now I am behind on work and have to fix this machine when my new cooler gets here. Not happy at all for $6000.

Excellently built, great packaging! Excellently built, arrived in complete working order, and runs like a dream. I'm not fussed over it taking longer, that's just part and parcel of this global pandemic stuff, and it's the same with every single PC builder. I would recommend their computers to anyone who wants the best of the best.

Awesome people! Amazing support! Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

Positive experience Bought a premade gaming pc through their site, talked to the tech who was handling my order and received it two days later. Pc was intact, nothing broken and booted up fine. Very positive experience.
