GBOrdered a NT-15 laptop from Origin Ordered a NT-15 laptop from Origin and it was delivered in a little over a week with all of my customizations included. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. PC is outstanding straight out of the box. It is extremely fast and the visual interface is beautiful. Very clear and sharp video. PC was fairly expensive but it is worth every penny to me. Very high end high quality machine. I could not be more pleased.

GB$6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler, service rep lied. $6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler. They tell me it is "the only one compatible" with my system which is an outright lie. They say this because it is a Corsair cooler and Corsair is Origin's parent company. They HAVE to push these products and can't admit that they're defective. The cooler in question is notoriously unreliable and Corsair needs to get rid of them. I have been building PCs for over 20 years and bought this PC from Origin for the convenience, now I am behind on work and have to fix this machine when my new cooler gets here. Not happy at all for $6000.

GBAwesome people! Amazing support! Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

GBEverything seems OK During build process I received emails updating me on progress, which was helpful. For a custom PC build the time frame was reasonable. About a week. PC appears to work fine. Suggest they include a 'quick set up' sheet for small form factor PC case--it loads from the bottom, so it's a bit unintuitive at first glance.
