Awesome people! Amazing support! Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

Second laptop- Love it!! This is the second laptop I have ordered from OriginPC, because the first one is still running after seven years and it's time for an upgrade to current computing standards. But, considering the first one is still functional, These laptops are the real deal!

Ordered a NT-15 laptop from Origin Ordered a NT-15 laptop from Origin and it was delivered in a little over a week with all of my customizations included. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. PC is outstanding straight out of the box. It is extremely fast and the visual interface is beautiful. Very clear and sharp video. PC was fairly expensive but it is worth every penny to me. Very high end high quality machine. I could not be more pleased.

Excellent customer service and support!! Through no part on them I had issue on my end completing the financing part of my order and even wanted to change up my order after submitting it. Origin went above and beyond getting the order correct and shipped in a timely manner. They always had the answers when I had a question for them when going through the ordering process and very knowledgeable or their products and my needs based on what I was going to use the PC for gaming wise and gave me the ideas on how I needed/ wanted the PC built. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish they had their own financing through them and not have to go through another company. Other than that I highly recommend them
