USOrigin or Bust This is my 2nd Origin PC, I was an Alienware guy until 2020 when I bought my first Origin, Its been a perfect machine, not a single issue, NO BLOATWARE like my Dell backed Alienware now has. I was so pleased I just ordered another PC.

USBeautiful hard loop system from Origin I bought a very high end PC from Origin, $6K+, including a hard loop CPU & GPU, 4090, the works. I checked in on the status through the build process and received responses within 24 hours. System shipped on-time and within a day or two of what was originally communicated. They used Omni logistics and the system arrived in a crate on a pallet. Delivery scheduling was good, Omni called me to schedule and they called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived in the time window they said they would. The system is a beast. The custom loop looks beautiful. Everything works as expected, no issues when first turning on, and configuring and installing all my software, and transferring my files from my old system to the new one. Spending $6K on a system is a lot for me, for most people so I do appreciate the good communication from Origin, on-time shipping, good delivery experience, and most importantly, out of the crate and first turning it on was everything I had hoped for. Thank you Origin for this great experience.

USAwesome people! Amazing support! Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

US$6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler, service rep lied. $6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler. They tell me it is "the only one compatible" with my system which is an outright lie. They say this because it is a Corsair cooler and Corsair is Origin's parent company. They HAVE to push these products and can't admit that they're defective. The cooler in question is notoriously unreliable and Corsair needs to get rid of them. I have been building PCs for over 20 years and bought this PC from Origin for the convenience, now I am behind on work and have to fix this machine when my new cooler gets here. Not happy at all for $6000.

USExcellent customer service and support!! Through no part on them I had issue on my end completing the financing part of my order and even wanted to change up my order after submitting it. Origin went above and beyond getting the order correct and shipped in a timely manner. They always had the answers when I had a question for them when going through the ordering process and very knowledgeable or their products and my needs based on what I was going to use the PC for gaming wise and gave me the ideas on how I needed/ wanted the PC built. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish they had their own financing through them and not have to go through another company. Other than that I highly recommend them
